RAEGING D0GKING
If I monster with more than 1900 attacks snowman eater and destroys it does snowman eater get its effect?
evilfusion
If I monster with more than 1900 attacks snowman eater and destroys it does snowman eater get its effect? Yes, because Snowman Eater still flipped up when it was attacked. It's no different from a Flip Effect except it's not a FLIP.
-Berserker-
If I copy the effect of a monster that returns to the extra deck during the end phase (the copying monster cannot go in the extra), is the copying monster shuffled into the main deck during the end phase? evilfusion
The effect activates, but does not resolve, because the monster cannot go into the Extra Deck.

Tiger Tracks
What happens during the second standby phase when a Rescue Rabbit gets banished by Gold Sarcophagus, brought back by Leviair, and banished by the its effect? Since it is removed from the RFP zone wouldn't it be no longer affected by Gold Sarc. If it still is then a similar thing be done with PSZ or later banish a card with the same name. If not then why are these situations different?

After removing it from the RFG Zone, it is no longer banished by Gold Sarc's effect and will not be added to your hand during the second Standby Phase, even if you put it back. Synchronized
If I control "Queen Angel of Roses" and another monster with 2400 ATK, do I get to choose which one it destroys? Can I use a "Fluff Token" to Special Summon "Fallen Angel of Roses" from my hand, or do I actually have to return the Token so it wouldn't work? And finally, with "Fallen Angel of Roses" "banish this card when it is removed from the field" clause, if I overlay it for Big Eye, does that banish still happen when it's detached? If a tie, the player controlling the effect chooses which dies. 2) Yes, you can. Fallen Angel bounces as an effect, not a cost. Tokens are fair game. 3) No, same as Plague, Quillbolt, and Birdman. Xyz Material aren't considered to be on the field, so they are sent to the Graveyard when detached.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
If I control "Queen Angel of Roses" and another monster with 2400 ATK, do I get to choose which one it destroys? I would assume so, since it would work like a Fissure/Smashing Ground clause, where you get to choose which monster is destroyed if it is a tie. Can I use a "Fluff Token" to Special Summon "Fallen Angel of Roses" from my hand, or do I actually have to return the Token so it wouldn't work? Yes. And finally, with "Fallen Angel of Roses" "banish this card when it is removed from the field" clause, if I overlay it for Big Eye, does that banish still happen when it's detached? Xyz Material Monsters are not counted as monsters while they are attached. All pre-existing effects on that monster will not occur when they are detached. EDIT: Double ninja'd. Synchronized
Wish I had known that a few minutes ago. One last question then, while I'm here. If "Big Eye" (Xyz) attacks, and the opponent Shrinks, can I use the effect of my Utopia to call off Big Eye's attack or is it too late into the sequence?
evilfusion
It's too late. Utopia is a Trigger Effect, so it cannot chain to anything. The only exception may be if another Trigger Effect activates with the same timing (Number 96). Plus, Shrink is usually saved for the Damage Step anyway. Synchronized
And what about Solemn Judgment? Can it negate Gorz? Was kind've wondering because we're doing our Legends duel.
evilfusion
No. Solemn Judgment, Rai-Oh, and Black Horn cannot negate Special Summons that start a chain. Gorz is a Trigger Effect, so it starts a chain.

Was kind've wondering because we're doing our Legends duel. No, Solemn Judgment doesn't negate Monster effects ever. It has to be an inherent summon. SarcastiXDevil
If Catastor battles a non-DARK monster with higher ATK, will Catastor be destroyed (by battle) along with the non-DARK monster (by Catastor's effect) it battles?n00b question, I know, but details of Battle Phase is all blurry to me.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
No, Catastor's effect states that you can destroy it immediately without applying Damage Calculation. Hence, there is no battle.
evilfusion
Catastor's effect is before Damage Calculation. The two monsters are not considered to have battled and no damage is inflicted to either player. The destroyed monster is considered to have been destroyed by Catastor's effect. However, if for any reason the other monster is not destroyed by Catastor's effect, then the battle continues and Damage Calculation is applied as normal. This is an interesting way to deal with Gachi Gachi or Zenmaines, as they will give Materials for Catastor's effect and then another when they battle. Greiga
If X says "The name of this card is Y." then X and Y have the same name, correct? If that's so, can I summon X with Rescue Rabbit if Y is a normal monster?
