darkwolf777
Ninjitsu Art of TransformationIt is: equal or less than (the level of the tributed monster + 3), or is: (equal or less than the level of the tributed monster) + 3.The main difference is if it can summon Petit Moth... Equal to or less than (the level of the tributed monster + 3). So Tributing a Level 4 Ninja will allow you to Special Summon a Level 1 - 7 Beast, Winged-Beast, or Insect-Type Monster. Tourmaline
If I discard Goldd, can I SS it? Or must an opponent discard it to activate both effects? I'm sure it is the latter.
evilfusion
If I discard Goldd, can I SS it? Or must an opponent discard it to activate both effects? I'm sure it is the latter. If Goldd is discarded, it will be SSed. If Goldd is discarded by an opponent's effect, it is SSed and destroys 2 cards.

Darj
Do "Offering of the Snake Deity" and "Gatling Dragon"'s Effect target?
darkwolf777
Do "Offering of the Snake Deity" and "Gatling Dragon"'s Effect target? Offering to the Snake Deity targets 3 cards: 1 Reptile-Type you control and 2 cards the opponent controls. Invalidating any target cancels the effect. Gatling Dragon does not target. Coin flips and Dice rolls are always performed during the resolution of a card, not at its activation.

Northern Sage
Can you use Silver Ninja's effect if Light of Intervention is face-up on the field?
CDDRodrigo
Can you use Silver Ninja's effect if Light of Intervention is face-up on the field? If it was summoned after Light of Intervention was active, it was never Set, so no.
Northern Sage
What about if Light of Intervention was activated while Silver Ninja was on the field?
CDDRodrigo
Well, Light of Intervention does nothing regarding Flip Effects, so I suppose you can use the effect.
.Nu-13
If Silver Ninja was already Set before Light of Intervention was activated, it stays face-down and can be flipped as normal.
darkwolf777
What about if Light of Intervention was activated while Silver Ninja was on the field? The monster's Special Summoned by Silver Ninja would be Special Summoned in face-up Defense Position.

evilfusion
Does Gagaga Shield stack if you have multiple? No. No matter how many you have, the equipped monster can still only survive 2 destruction attempts a turn.
.Rai
No. No matter how many you have, the equipped monster can still only survive 2 destruction attempts a turn. meh. I was expecting that, but meh.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
No. No matter how many you have, the equipped monster can still only survive 2 destruction attempts a turn. What about if you have 1 active, your opponent uses both its protections up, then you activate a second one? evilfusion
It still shouldn't stack.
darkwolf777
Does Gagaga Shield stack if you have multiple? No. This effect would not stack. The effects can only protect it up to the number of times it hasn't been destroyed this turn. If the monster was already protected from this sort of effect twice this turn, activating more will not protect it from a 3rd or 4th destruction in the same turn. Only the highest value of effect would be applied no matter how many you have, and that value would be 2.

evilfusion
Can Skull Meister negate the negating effect of Rai-Oh Can Skull Meister negate the effect of Effect Veiler No. Neither activate in the Graveyard. Rai-Oh activates on the field and Veiler activates in the hand. They RESOLVE in the Graveyard, which is something different entirely.
