evilfusion
Will Fableds? Fabled Krus will NOT, as it has to be discarded. Lurrie will NOT, also has to be discarded. Catsith will NOT, must ALSO be discarded. Cerburrel will NOT. This pattern seems pretty self-explanatory now.Edit: Peggulsus WILL, though.
darkwolf777
Edit: Peggulsus WILL, though. Why would "The Fabled Peggulsus" when it also says "When this card is discarded to the Graveyard?"
evilfusion
Very simple: I'm looking at an outdated translation of its card text. I did think that was strange.

burnpsy
Can Shi En negate the effect of a destroyed Morphtronic Map?
evilfusion
Can Shi En negate the effect of a destroyed Morphtronic Map? No. Shi En can only negate the activation of a Spell or Trap CARD, which in this context refers to the card being placed face-up in a Spell or Trap Card Zone. Stardust, in contrast, can activate in response to the EFFECT of a card.

Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can select 1 "Ice Barrier" monster from your Graveyard, except "General Gantala of the Ice Barrier", and Special Summon it. You cannot Special Summon another General Gantala of the Ice Barrier with his effect.

evilfusion
Tuner+Exceed=Synchro of the same level as tuner? No. Exceeds dont have a level. They can't be used as Synchro Material and are immune to effects regarding levels.
Greiga
To add on, the only way an Exceed can have a level is with the spell card Ranking Overload, which I'm not sure exists.
The Sacred Ninja
Let's say I have T.G. Hyper Librarian on the field. With no cards in hand, I Sync into Fabled Ragin. Can I activate Ragin's effect first, allowing me to draw 2 cards, and THEN activate Librarian's, allowing me to draw a third?

Can I activate Ragin's effect first, allowing me to draw 2 cards, and THEN activate Librarian's, allowing me to draw a third? Librarian is mandatory, so it's chain link 1. If You activate Ragin, you always draw to 3 in that situation.

darkwolf777
If Stardust's attempt to revive itself is negated, can it try to revive itself again? No. Its condition to activate "If you negate an effect this way" is no longer valid. For each time you activate Stardust Dragon's negation effect, you only get once chance to Special Summon it with its own effect. It would need to negate another card to get the opportunity to be Special Summoned again by its own effect.

shadowferret
So! I Tribute Summon THE TYRANT NEPTUNE by sacrificing Hardened Armed Dragon and Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En. He takes Shi En's effect and name. What happens in the following situations: 1) My Six Samurai Yaichi is destroyed in battle. Can I target Neptune/Shi En to be destroyed in its place, effectively negating the destruction? 2) Dark Hole is played. Can I save all my other (valid) Samurai by having their effects destroy The Tyrant Shi En instead?
