Exiro
If I had Macro Cosmos and Cyber Ouroboros on the field' date=' and Cyber Ouroboros was destroyed, could I use its effect? I know that Hand Destruction's effect can be used even with Macro Cosmos on the field.[/quote'] When this card is removed from play' date=' you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to draw 1 card.[/quote'] While Macro Cosmos is face-up on the field, cards that would actually be sent to the Graveyard, are removed from play instead, but cards that send to the Graveyard as a cost simply can't activate. So no, you can't activate it's effect when it's removed from play while Macro Cosmos is face-up on the field.

werewolfjedi
face down monsters are blank, and as long as it is face down in wc 07, I could tribute it. but that is something I am unsure about, I'll ask a judge tonight (he says he will still do them, so I will keep going.) evilhorus
Question: In WC07, i was going against (The annoying) Necroface, and he had Necroface with 3900 ATK, KK? and he attacks, and i chain skill drain, BUT he STILL has 3900 ATK!! Is it an error in the game, or is there a ruling on it?
GenzoTheHarpist
I know Phantom of Chaos will retain his boosted-attack under skill drain so this doesn't seem entirely unreasonable.
Dream2Defy
lets say an elementalhero has an effect that gives it 500 atk for each elemental hero on the feild do you count that elemental hero?
evilhorus
i would think so, which card is the atk increaser?
CrabHelmet
lets say an elementalhero has an effect that gives it 500 atk for each elemental hero on the feild do you count that elemental hero? You could just ask whether The Heat counts itself. And unless it has a clause saying "except this card" (which The Heat doesn't), then it will include itself. OnSlaUghT
here's one, if you have skill drain on the field, a level 2 tuner and a level 4 non-tuner, can i still synchro into goyo guardian.

GenzoTheHarpist
Okay, here's one. My Opponent has Plasma on the field. Then I activate skill drain, negating Plasma's effect. Then I summon my own plasma, and Skill Drain is destroyed a bit later. Whose side of the field has it's effects negated?
JesusofChaos™
^ The question is currently in debate but the best answers i could find were: There are two possible answers' date=' IMHO. 1. The "Plasma" that was on the field first, before "Skill Drain" was activated, would still be the dominant "Plasma", and would have it's effect applied first. 2. The effect of the Turn Player's "Plasma" would be applied first, no matter which one was on the field first. [/quote']

CrabHelmet
Does Defensive Draw work the same way as Waboku? What do you mean, "the same way as Waboku"? It does in the sense that it is a Normal Trap Card and that part of its effect includes negating Battle Damage. It doesn't in the sense that it's completely different. CrabHelmet
I meant like the monsters are still alive and stuff... Yes, the monsters are still alive and stuff, in the sense that they are destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the graveyard. Hmmm, I guess that that means they aren't still alive and stuff, wot wot?
EHERO Andrew
So... are they destroyed? Ex: If I control EH Ocean, my opp attacks with Blue-Eyes White Dragon. I activate Defensive Draw. I take no Battle Damage (and draw a card). Does Ocean still go to the grave or can it stay on the field as like what Waboku does?
