Well, yes. Same with Time Seal too :( I'm not complaining though, I would quit if they came back...

Arcana Force-The World prevents your opponent from drawing.

Draw-Lock Monarchs

3x Raiza

3x Juju

3x PWWB

Xx Back to Square 1

Xx Drop-Off

Xx Drastic Drop-Off

Pretty much stops them drawing after you get started

:)

Yeah, I usually run 0 xD But hey, you can add them if you REALLY want the lockdown feel.

If A-Counters are placed on my opponent's face-up Balloon Lizard' date=' and i destroy Balloon Lizard, will it count the A-Counters in addition to it's other counts?

[/quote']

It only considers its own kind of "counters". It will not use Alien/Fog/Venom/etc when calculating its own effect. It should follow similar rulings as other monsters that use counters that are simply called "counters" (like some of the B.E.S. monsters for example).

question: if my goyo guardian destroys machina fortress by battle and fortress activates its effect targeting goyo' date=' do i still get to special summon fortress with goyo's effect?

[/quote']

I think it's the same thing as if Goyo ties with another monster in battle:

I think it's the same thing as if Goyo ties with another monster in battle:

Effects that activate simultaneously are activated in order of mandatory then optional, and turn player then opponent... The order of what comes first in the chain would be...

a) Turn Player's mandatory effects

b) The Opponent's mandatory effects

c) Turn Player's optional effects

d) The Opponent's optional effects

According to this, the chain would be:

Chain Link 1) Machina Fortress (Mandatory opponent's effect)

Chain Link 2) Goyo Guardian. (Optional turn player's effect)

In this case, Goyo Guardian special Summons Machina Fortress in Defense Position, then Machina Fortress destroys 1 card.

also if 2 optional trigger effects activates during my turn can a decide which order the chain works resolves in?

For two optional effects you can choose which order to activate them in. If one were mandatory and the other optional, the mandatory effect would have to be Chain Link 1.

Today I played Raise Body Heat on my PTD' date=' but my mate said I couldn't. I said it could, but I just wouldn't gain the boost. Who is right?

[/quote']

Generally you cannot activate cards whose effects cannot be performed (this is not the same thing as activating cards whose effects would be negated). Equipping this card to a non-dinosaur monster will not allow its effect to occur, and therefore cannot be used unless the target is a Dinosaur monster.
