Ragnus
Question about Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor; Vayu's ability states "if this card is in your graveyard, you can remove from play this card plus 1 non-tuner "Blackwing" monster in your graveyard, and special summon 1 "Blackwing" Synchro monster from your extra deck whose level equals the total levels of the 2 removed monsters. The effect(s) of that Synchro monster is negated." Since this isn't considered a Synchro summon, does this mean if I remove the 2 proper Blackwing Monsters from my graveyard, can I special summon "Blackwing - Silverwind the Ascendant" from my Extra deck? Exiro
If I have a face-up Light and Darkness Dragon on the field with enough ATK/DEF to negate cards or card effects' date=' and I activate Geartown and let it be negated by LaDD, will I get to summon an Ancient Gear monster? Note:I do know that LaDD doesn't destroy anything with this effect, but when a second field spell is activated, the first one is also considered to be destroyed, so you never know.[/quote']

c009tas
ok, heres a question, i cant find any ruling/rule that says what will happen: if I Activate "Soul Rope" when my Koa'ki Meiru monster kills itself do to me being unable to pay its Maintenance Cost, and i summon another Kao'ki Meiru monster with a simmilar cost, will I have to pay its Maintenance cost? A Link to Proof whether it works or not would be much obliged.

It has to attempt to pay the cost every End Phase that it's in, and blows up if unable.

Note:I do know that LaDD doesn't destroy anything with this effect, but when a second field spell is activated, the first one is also considered to be destroyed, so you never know.[/quote'] In regards to your first problem, Let's say LaDD has 1300 attack. You activate the card "Geartown." LaDD negates the activation of the effect. Geartown says "OH HEY LOOK AT ME, I WAS SENT TO THE GRAVE." Geartown activates, and you get to summon an Ancient Gear Monster. The thing with the word "destroy" is very misleading. While certain cards say "destroy", there are many other "destroys" out there. For example, I have a face up "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" and a facedown "Gladiator Beast War Chariot" that has been set for more than 1 turn. If I attack into a "Mystic Tomato", I can chain "Gladiator Beast War Chariot" to negate the effect and destroy Mystic Tomato. This is due to the fact that it is a mechanical destruction, not a card destruction.
Bringerofcake
I had heard earlier on a different thread that you could activate the destruction effect of Magical Dimension, and Stardust could not negate that effect. I reasoned that it is due to the fact that the destruction effect occurred after the Chain resolved. Am I correct?

Am I correct?[/quote'] The idea is that due to the fact Magical Dimension's destruction effect is optional, Stardust Dragon cannot be chained to it because it cannot be guaranteed that Magical Dimension will destroy anything. When you do choose to use Magical Dimension's effect, its too late to activate Stardust Dragon because you're still resolving Magical Dimension's effect. daboss144
Suppose I divine wrath a necro gardna. I would assume that Necro's effect is negated (of course) and then it is removed from play for fulfilling its cost. Is this correct? (I'm building a deck and this is important to know)

(I'm building a deck and this is important to know) Necro Gardna is removed from play before you even activate Divine Wrath. The attack negation won't happen if Divine Wrath goes through. Demon From The Void
What is a contact fusion and non-specific fusion?
Gogeta™
A contact fusion is used by E-Hero Neos and I think Gladiator Beast. Instead of using a fusion card you just send the fusion material monsters back to your deck. Check Yugioh.Wikia for more exact details.
daboss144
What is a contact fusion and non-specific fusion? A contact fusion is a fusion summon without the use of Polymerization or another fusion card. It is utilized mainly by the E-Hero Neos decks and Gladiator beast. A non-specific fusion is a fusion in which the fusion-material monsters' names are not specified, but are rather given a less-specific target. For example, if a fusion monster lists the materials as "Gladiator Beast Laquari + 1 EARTH Monster".

That's should take care of it.
metalflygon08
I feel stupid, I forgot Ownership doesn't change due to the side of the field... one more Q for the night, 'Ancient Gear' the monster can only be SS'd when another 'Ancient Gear'(the monster again) is on the field, not the Archtype, (if I'm correct it is monster not archtype, archtype would say 'Ancient Gear' monster you control right)

c009tas
am i Correct in thinking that "A" Cell Incubater gets 1 counter placed on it when i remove 2 to special summon Alien OverLordor use any other effect that removes multiple A-Counters? Cause the Rulings i found on it do not specify, and tips i've seen say it till get 2 cause i removed 2.
Bringerofcake
You'll get 1. Note how the card says "counter(s)". You get a counter each time any amount of A-Counters gets moved for a single effect.
