darkwolf777
If you mind control a dandylion, and then you send it to the graveyard, who gets the two tokens? Dandylion would be sent to the owner's Graveyard. Dandylion then activates in the owner's Graveyard as their effect. The owner of Dandylion would receive the two tokens. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
The opponent, because it resolves in the Graveyard. If it simply said "When this card is destroyed, ____" and it was destroyed on your field, then you would get them.
darkwolf777
The opponent, because it resolves in the Graveyard. If it simply said "When this card is destroyed, ____" and it was destroyed on your field, then you would get them. Where it resolves does not matter, it is where it activates that matters. Who activates it determines who gets the effect. If the card simply said "When this card is destroyed", it would depend if it were a card effect or by battle. If it was a card effect, then it will still be sent to and then activate in the Owner's Graveyard/Remove From Play Zone. The owner would still get the effect. If it were by battle, then the effect activates on the field immediately after Damage Calculation. Since you still control the destroyed monster on your side of the field, it will activate as your effect in this case.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I can't tell if you're agreeing with my second statement or not. This was a ruling made by a judge for Carbuncle. They said that if it is Swapped and then destroyed, the new owner is allowed to activate its effect.

I had to rewrite it to be clear, read my post again as you might not have seen the updated post while i was editing it Dx.

darkwolf777
Well, I was close. My conclusion was right, just not exactly HOW it was right. lol Also, to note, Carbuncle is different from my explanation. Carbuncle's effect is not an effect that activates! It is a Continuous Effect that doesn't start a chain. The person who controls Carbuncle chooses to use that Continuous Effect. When Carbuncle would be destroyed, it is placed in the Spell/Trap card zone instead by choice of the one who controls Carbuncle when it is destroyed, before it would be sent to the owner's Graveyard. darkwolf777
You do like to be thorough in your explanation. xD Not only do I not want to be incorrect, but I also try to elaborate to help those who ask questions understand the meaning behind my reasoning. BDKMRV
Can My Body as a Shield be activated during the damage step?
evilfusion
No, it cannot. It does not modify ATK/DEF values, nor is it a Counter Trap or a Quick Effect monster that negates.
.Nu-13
I use Glow-Up Bulb with Machine Fortress to summon Bureido. I then use Bulb's effect to revive itself. It ends up in Grave again. If I now use De-Synchro on Bureido, can I get back Bulb and Fortress?

.Nu-13
Tried in WC11, and I couldn't revive any of them, even Fortress
evilfusion
Yeah, I realized my mistake almost immediately. When Glow Up is removed from the Graveyard, it is no longer "considered" one of the Synchro Material monsters. When it is sent back to the Graveyard, it was not used in Bureido's Summon. De-Synchro only sees Fortress as a Synchro Material monster and De-Synchro requires ALL to be in the Grave.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
This question is sort of based on preference, but... What is the minimum number of DARK monsters you should use to run Allure of Darkness?
.Nu-13
If I run at least 5 DARKs, I always try to fit in DAD and Allure
-Griffin
I go for like, 8 min. I'm less partial to sacky Decks.
evilfusion
I only use Allure in decks where MOST of the monsters, if not all, are DARKs.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I was thinking about 6-8, myself. Another question that's not about rulings: Is there any card like Gigantes (which removes EARTH monster(s) to be Summoned) other than The Rock Spirit?
evilfusion
Gigastone Omega requires 2 EARTH monsters, 1000/2300 5 star. When sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, all opposing S/Ts are destroyed. Useful in Scraps.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Was wondering for my Ratbox deck. That doesn't really help, though. I guess it could be a wall, but other than that it isn't that much of a help to the deck strategy.
-Berserker-
Can I chain my facedown Forced Requisition to the activation of a card that discards as a cost (Lighting Vortex, let's say)?
darkwolf777
Can I chain my facedown Forced Requisition to the activation of a card that discards as a cost (Lighting Vortex, let's say)? For you to activate a face-down Forced Requisition, the last effect to occur in the duel must be the discard of a card from your hand. Paying a cost is not an effect that you can time the activation of Forced Requisition to. No, you cannot flip "Forced Requisition" face-up if the discard was from a cost.
