If I use Diamond Dude's effect and pick up a Book of Life and sent it to the Graveyard, can I activate the milled Book of Life during my next turn?

Since Book of Life's part that choosing its targets is a cost, but Diamond Dude bypasses costs. Or can I still activate it and Special Summon a Zombie monster and remove from play a monster?

Targeting is not a cost o.o; Book of Life has no costs.

You activate the effects of Book of Life from the Graveyard with Diamond Dude's effect and target the monsters to Special Summon and Remove From Play normally.

when can prime material Dragon negate BLAST SPHERE??, also can i negate this effect in the stand by phase when blast sphere would destroye the monser with damage polarizer... and also if i choose to negate w/ DP is it true that the moster must be destroyed in order for me to activate Dp right when im about to lose the LP..??

You can activate Prime Material Dragon during the Standby Phase when Blast Sphere activates and tries to destroy the Equipped Monster.

You can negate Blast Sphere with Damage Polarizer, but that would be pointless.

Since Blast Sphere's activation is negated and Blast Sphere is NOT destroyed (Damage Polarizer does not destroy the card), similar to Light and Darkness Dragon shenanigans, Blast Sphere will activate again and still destroy the monster and inflict damage.

No, Destroying the Monster and Inflicting Damage occurs during resolution. Destroying the monster is not a cost of Blast Sphere.

Also, You can activate Damage Polarizer even if the Effect Damage you would inflict would be 0 or is undetermined (such as with Blast Sphere) because Damage Polarizer states "an effect that inflicts damage is activated", not "an effect that WOULD inflict damage".

but this would happen during the next stand-by phase because we're talking about a counter being activated..

Nope. Being a Counter Trap does not change a card's effect and how it works compared to a Normal Trap Card. If Damage Polarizer was a Normal Trap Card, nothing would change in this scenario.

Next, Blast Sphere only activates during the opponent's NEXT Standby Phase. If for whatever reason Blast Sphere's effect cannot activate or the effect is negated during the opponent's Next Standby Phase (let's say by Imperial Order and then Imperial Order is later removed), Blast Sphere WILL NOT activate on your opponent's next available Standby Phase. If it does not perform its duties on the opponent's "NEXT" Standby Phase after it was equipped, it will do nothing during later opponent's Standby Phases.

To be clear, Damage Polarizer only truly stops the activation of the card. It doesn't then negate the card so long as it remains on the field. It negates one time only.

Lastly, After Damage Polarizer resolves, Blast Sphere will activate again during the SAME Standby Phase because its activation was negated, and therefore is not considered to have activated during this Standby Phase. It will resolve and still destroy the monster and inflict damage. Remember all those annoying Trigger Effects that continually reactivate over and over that wear Light and Darkness Dragon down to 800/400? This is the same idea.

If my opponent attacked one of my gladiator beasts and I activated d prison or mirror force would I still be able to tag?

To consider to have "attacked or was attacked", the Gladiator Beast must have gone through Damage Calculation. Those cards stop at Attack Declaration, so they would not have been attacked.

how exactly does Amazoness Sage work, let's say i declare the attack my opp activates sakuretsu/dimensional prison, could i destroy a set card??? and would this apply if a magic cilinder is also ACtivated?

Amazoness Sage did not attack if it was stopped during Attack Declaration.

You also never reach "the End of the Damage Step" because there was no Damage Step if these cards were used. Amazoness Sage must at least go into the Damage Step when she declares an attack.

Lastly, Amazoness Sage must be face-up on the field to trigger "at the End of the Damage Step".

Spell Striker can Special Summon itself from the Graveyard, right? Because I'd been removing spells from play while he was in the Graveyard to use him as continuous fodder for my Monarchs, and I'd hate to know I've been playing wrongly the whole time.

Summoning Conditions apply to the Hand unless otherwise specified.

You can only Special Summon Spell Striker from the Hand by removing from play 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard. You cannot Summon it this way if it is in the Graveyard.

So you have been using him incorrectly, my friend.

When I play Diamond Dude's effect and pull a Normal Spell Card, Diamond Dude does not have to be face-up to play his effect right and I do not have to pay costs to play effects?

No, Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude does not have to be face-up on the field to activate the Spell Card in the Graveyard during the next turn.

No, you do not pay any costs when activating a Spell Card in this way.

And if the Spell Card is removed from play before I can play the effect, I can't use it right?

The Spell Card must remain in the Graveyard for you to be able to activate it. If it is removed from the Graveyard for any reason, even if it returns to the Graveyard, you will not be able to activate it.
