Flash Flyer - Sakura
You just need to unzip the folder it came in and follow installation instructions properly. Although, as I don't use YGOPro for Windows (instead, I have the Linux version), can't really diagnose what problem you're having with this. (If you follow the instructions, it should be working)
Forest Fire
get windows 10. or at least windows 8. you are literally as ancient as my school. um. peazip will unzip the file and as long as you don't take the program out of the folder you decide to put it in, everything should be fine
xbon
first off, winrar is horrible paid software that's inefficient nowadays, get 7zip, next, unzip your files somewhere on the computer, of course you can't save if you're launching from the compressed folder, because you aren't meant to launch files inside of those unless they have absolutely no dependencies.
