CCDCC
Hi! So, in a nutshell, this is a worldlock deck using monarchs. The deck can bust out the worldlock within a single turn fairly often, and is able to win even if it does not manage to pull of the worldlock. Here's the decklist, TCG banlist. For OCG, swap copies of cards that cannot be used as described. This was not designed to be competitive in any way, but it's performing "decently". Since I am humane, and know that everybody hates being worldlocked, I do not play this deck against humans (also my proxy does not allow me to). Thus, I have absolutely no idea how well it would perform against the meta, a few AI duels aside... and we all know just how much of a meaning winning against the AI has... Is this deck good? Well, you try to use one of the most hated lockdowns in existence, and will probably spend dozens of minutes if you are a perfectionist, trying to return every single card in your opponents hand, grave and field into the deck... and if you don't do that, you are likely to loose. So... well, I wouldn't recommend anyone to actually play this. This deck was created solely because I wanted to see a worldlockdown turn 1 (at which point, unless your opponent has veiler, absolutely nothing matters, including the fact that your opponent exists), the only reason I tried to improve consistency was to be able to do so more often... against the AI. And the only reason I'm posting this is cause I can XD. I'm using YGOpro for the banlist and testing... so if you have something to point out (like some limits being outdated), please tell. Any improvements are also much appreciated. [spoiler=Monsters(14)] Arcana Force XXI - The World x2Erebus the Netherworld Monarch x3Zaborg the Mega Monarch x1Armageddon Knight x1Eidos the Netherworld Knight x3Edea the Heaven Knight x3Level Eater x1 [spoiler=Spells(20)] Allure of Darkness x1One for one x1Pandeity of the Monarchs x3 (x1 in OCG)Reinforcements of the army x1Tenacity of the monarchs x2Trade-In x2Upstart Goblin x1 (-> x3 in OCG)Terraforming x3Hand Destruction x3Domain of the true Monarchs x2 (x1 in OCG)Light Barrier x1(Chicken Game, as many as you feel like, in OCG) [spoiler=Traps(5)] The First Monarch x2The Prime Monarch x3 Total in deck: 39 cards. The missing card is up to you. In OCG it's upstart + chicken game, most likely, in TCG... whatever you think makes it better. [spoiler=Extra Deck (6+)] PSY-Framelord Omega x3Elder God N'tss x3Whatever x(1 to 3) (recommended: Rank 7 and 5 Xyz)^ <- till extra deck is full, if you feel like it. Can't hurt to have more options. [spoiler=How to maintain the lock & gradually get rid of all cards that might be dangerous (mirror force and the like):] Use Original Monarch to recycle First Monarch in grave whenever you can, use First Monarch to summon level eater, tribute both to summon Erebus, summon level eater by reducing Erebus' Level, send Erebus + level eater to grave for the world, return Erebus to hand, thus discarding another monarch S/T, use another Original Monarch to recycle again. Every turn, you will: Draw 1 card, then add 4 cards to your deck, then draw 2 cards. Use the cards you gain in your Deck to use the on summon effect of Erebus from time to time, gradually returning every single potential danger to the deck, where it will stay, since your opponent will never get to draw. Basically, as soon as you have 2 Original Monarchs in your S/T zone, you're good to go.
