Dova
If your opponent controls a monster, and you control no other monsters: You can target 1 Fusion Monster in your Graveyard; banish both this card from the field and that target, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Levels those 2 monsters had (original Level, if face-down). You can only use this effect of "Ghost Charon, the Underworld Boatman" once per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Dragon-Type monsters.YGOPro loves giving me random cards. What is this card used in? JessicaMuddy
Starve Venom Deck for Level 10 Synchros? It's a DARK, so just a random thought.
Progenitor
It's flavor wise used to turn Dragnecro into dragocytus. That's pretty much it.
Sleepy
It is somewhat awkward that it is a Zombie that depends on Dragons to support Dragons. It is really situational but it is generic enough that I could see it getting something down the line. Starve Venom could work with it but it is more of a step 2 combo than what you'd start with right away. Dracocytos is fun to Summon with this though since on the bright side it doesn't take any of your hand/field advantage to bring out a killer 4k boss..... It gets cool points. Hexanort
used in D/D/D to turn dead d'arc into RDA abyss maybe? sound pretty cool
Blake
On the bright side, 0 DEF zombie tuner. On the other hand, worse than Spectralsword and lacks a home. Norden is the only realistic partner, and that's not enough.
Tinkerer
I used this once with the R-E Black Dragon Sword to bring out the level 9 Red Dragon Archfiend. Twas an interesting game.

evilfusion
This is...interesting. Obviously intended to make Dragocytos from Dragonecro. But...I don't see why you'd run this over Plaguespreader. Or Pain Painter, even. Level 2 Zombie Tuner is nice...but Plague has that niche covered, with Pain Painter being a pseudo-Plague. It's just too conditional. It implies you're definitely using Dragonecro (Which is Zombie Decks only, due to needing 2 Zombie Materials) and that you want to bring out a Level 10 Dragon Synchro. It doesn't count as a Synchro Summon, and you're restricted to Dragons only for the turn. Um...but this is a Zombie Deck?
goodfusion
It's this: You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Dragon-Type monsters. that really stops it being useful.
vla1ne
to be fair, it can use any fusion monster you want, including things like norden and panzer if you have a decent L6-7 dragon that you need to drop. it's not the greatest card ever, by any means, but it can summon some interesting things. i'm fairly sure there's a way to drop star eater and shooting star dragon with this as well (can't think of a proper level 8 and 9 fusions atm) in addition, it can give you that one beelze synchro that's immune to battle and destruction. not amazing, but the jank is real. Progenitor
If it was "for the rest of this turn" on the special summon restriction, it would be absolutely fantastic. Splashable right into its effect off of Sage. But since it's the WHOLE turn, it pretty much can only be normal summoned, unless you CotH at the end phase of the opponent's turn or something.
