Toffee.
Lucent can Summon this straight from the Deck (if your opponent discards it)You do know that your own Dragged Down won't trigger that effect of your own Lucent.

Toffee.
yes.. but idk.. lets say if Delinquent Duo got limited rn lol k fair point. Lucent's ss from deck effect is never gonna get triggeredJust be a scrub and play Ceruli. It's what hes meant for; Forcing your own DW sheet from a card your opponent controls. I mean, it's not like they would ever do it for you. Plus, given the fact the Deck is like 40x Pot of Greed, you could easily assemble both Lucent and Ceruli. Plus, they play cards like Mind Crush anyway, so.... Would be gimmicky as funk, sure, but your biting the bullet and doing it anyway.
VampireofDarkness
Sinister Yorshiro just found its best friend. What a card and what an effect! Between Uranus and Pluto.... Planet Monarchs?
GarlandChaos
OH MY GOD IT'S FINALLY HERE YES Holy sheet. This is absolutely bloody amazing. <3 Revivable(!) Trade-In target? Check. Summonable off Sinister Yorishiro? Check. Free information on your opponent's hand? Check. I am going to have so much fun with this when it gets on YGOPro/DevPro. <

The Highlander
Very disappointed on this card! I thought they might buff him like the others! :(I mean he's good, but still not good as Uranus or Mars Mars and Pluto are the best of the Planet Series and Mars even got nerfed, so I do not see your point, as the only ones, which got buffed, were terrible to begin with and are still somewhat meh (even uranus, though it mostly simply requires a home) and this card is definitely better than Uranus. ♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪
I'm a bit confused with the second effect too, since it destroys then sets it on your field? Is the card sent to the graveyard after the first destruction or it is considered "taken"? Still, using this card is very potent, since it can steal and kill "a spell"
Progenitor
I mean...you don't HAVE to tribute summon it. Like others mentioned, Sinister Yorshiro works incredibly well with it, plus I think you guys forgot about this little gem: Not only does it search Pluto, but it can put a dead spell from your hand into their hand, so you know exactly what to call once you bring out the Pluto you just searched. Plus, if it's a spell that their deck literally can't use, they have 2 choices:Keep it in hand in case they need fodder for a discard, but this lets you keep using Pluto so long as it stays out Set it so that you once again have to do a little guess work with Pluto, but then you can destroy the Spell you gave them and then set so that it's back in your control and ready for use, making it as if you never even gave the card to them.Honestly if someone can find a simple and consistent way to drop Pluto from the hand while utilizing Gate then that could be a pretty dirty combo in the right deck. Toffee.
but it can put a dead spellQuestion is.... What would you consider to be a 'dead' Spell? I mean it's not like you would deliberately run stuff like Final Destiny/etc. 'Course, I assume it would be like the same sort of reasoning behind, say, Summoner Monk- You'd just play more Spell cards, since you are using cards that would otherwise need them. Progenitor
Anything they can't actually use. Something like...I dunno...Yang Zing Creation while going against Burning Abyss. They can't use it, so the first thing they are gonna do is one of the two things mentioned above. If they pick option two, you can get it back and use it when needed. I don't see any reason WHY you would run Pluto and Gate in Yang Zing, but it at least illustrates the point.

I don't see any reason WHY you would run Pluto and Gate in Yang Zing, but it at least illustrates the point.Gate only lets you hand Spells to the opponent. Ideally, to make this work you'd need Spells that can give you tribute fodder without using a NS, and ones that are useless to the opponent. It's kinda difficult fulfilling both conditions. As for a few Spells that fulfill the first condition (the more important one, imo), things that pop into my head are Instant Fusion (into Norden), Fires of Doomsday, and 141 (into Monarch engine).
