Blake
The card's funking retarded, but Cyber Petit Angel still doesn't seem very good. Well, okay, that's not entirely true. It seems like a really good 1-of now, because it's easy to get in the grave, and Upstart, Terraforming, Preprep, etc. are really good cards to recycle to res it. Toffee.
Hey.... hey guys... Now you can play Saffira with the totally-not-a-wedding-chapel, Ritual Sanctuary. We can call it... Sakura.dek ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)Good luck trying to sleep at night, over how cringeworthy this is.
Pchi
The best part: it can be used even outside Ritual decks for its second effect. 3 Terraforming & 3 of this baby are already a big start. I think Synchro users would make the best out of it. Too bad Upstart was Limited on the last banlist :/

Ryusei the Morning Star
This card is amazing. It does a couple of things: Let's assume that The Melody of Awakening Dragon gets limited in the next OCG list (~ a month away) This can put back 4 spells and wall with Manju. This allows Blue Eyes to make rank 4 in the worst case, and best case allows for the re-use of cards like Reborn, Duster and other limited power spells Furthermore, since Chaos Max is easily re-usable with Ancient Stone you could likely make the ratio of Max:Form a 1:2 deal with this card. Since the spell is easily searchable under Sanctuary and stuff like Shrine can become dead fast, you're fixing a lot of the ritual build's consistency issues. Further support to the Malefic Build and makes Terraforming a lot better (3 Targets now: Ravine, Game, Sanctuary) If the deck can find a way to make Amaterasu (currently deadlocked at 2 lv 4's // maybe trick-clown if Ravine moves up?) the deck could go a long way. Anyway, this might be the best card in the set and the only one worth getting #IstandwithPluto
Guest BGMCANN0N
Here is an idea... You can pitch Hymn of Light (Saffira's Ritual) with this to search for another Ritual Spell (or the Light Ritual Monster) and offer protection for Ritual Monsters in the future. The combo seems it would be ideal with Ritual Monsters that are already hard to get rid of like Lord of the Red or Herald of Perfection.

Jrvasquez221
Man I just tried this card and it totally increased Cyber Angel's consistency by a LOT! And MAN that CYBER PETIT ANGEL is NOW freaking awsome!!! I literally summon him from the grave with this card every turn, adding more cards and consistency! Its like a Manju where you dont waste your Normal Summon. At first I though Cyber petit angel kind of suks but now I think it is NECESSARY. Man that OPT was necesary on both the firld and petit angel cause I could literally go into an infinite loop without an OPT.
Kaiji
Bumping this as a friend told me recently that Alphan is a Sanctuary target which will usually result in 3 mat Rank 3/4 memes or Rank 5 alongside a resolved Alphan.
Cosmo.
Could this actually make Prediction Princesses a bit more decent? It sucks that they haven't received anymore direct support.

We are playing a card that would otherwise be dead 90% of the time in Quantums, until Alphan hits the Graveyard. And clearly we would also have a 2nd copy of the Quantum Field in our hand at the same time. Because niche plays like this are the backbone of Ygo. Obvsly. Being able to turn Terraformings into monsters is quite relevant.I'm clearly joking about 3 mat rank 3/4s cause they all suck with the exception of Shock Memester. I mean honestly; you're running a field spell just for its revival effect, which only targets one monster mind you. You're much better off running something that, even though you can't search it, has many more valid targets and potential plays, not to mention that being able to go for something that isn't Alphan allows you to better guarantee what you're going to go with what you're reviving, which means that in tight situations you aren't relying on your opponent picking the right monster. It's a gimmicky and situational play through and through. Just run Soul Charge and Call of the Haunted.
Kaiji
You already play soul charge (point is moot) and COTH is too slow. Not sure what the whole paragraph is about since it's literally just the text of COTH being stretched for substance. This card will only come up with multiple Terraformings (or at least 1 if you can use Blue Layer to search MagnaCarrier) and you've already minimized the chance of dead drawing it by only playing 1 copy. What makes this better than most other cards you would play is that at its a Quantum Monster you can summon for free and take advantage of the card's level modulation (this also means it mimics MagnaCarrier's Xyz Summon effect without having to pitch a card). Even straying outside the T1 aspect you begin your turns with free Alphans without using your normal summon, making the most of Blues shuffle effect in "grind games."
