Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Black Light Tournament (Episode 2 Posted)(Please comment!)

Welcome, to the... Uhm... I think it is the fourth, or is it the fifth? Yeah, well, welcome to my new Fan-fic! I am going to post the first chapter tomorrow so Im posting the 2 main characters for now!

Bio: He's searching for the final and 13th Legendary Beast.

Bio: A new friend to Lex and Reinen. She is a little weird.

 

And the Antagonist:

Gender: Unknown, but apparently male

Bio: He is the announcer of the tournament. He is a corrupted Duel Spirit

Sorry for double post but here's the first chapter!

 

Episode 1: The Qualification Duels!

 

Reinen: 2000 LP

Joshua: 3000 LP

 

Joshua has Horus The Black Flame Dragon Lv8 (3000/1800) on the field and Reinen has nothing.

Joshua: Hehe, you can't do anything against my Horus, you will lose!

Reinen: (thinking) He is right! If I don't draw the right card now, Im out!

Reinen: I draw a card! Yes! I play Painfull Choice! Now I select 5 cards from my deck, then you choose 1 and I can add it to my hand, the rest of the cards goes to the grave!

Five cards appeared on the field: Lightsworn Paladin Jean, Lightsworn Hunter Raikou, Lightsworn Summoner Luminous, Lightsworn Beast Wolf and Lightsworn Dragon Gargonis.

Joshua: Of course I select Beast Wolf, because if I select something else he will be Special Summoned!

Reinen: Thats right! But now I have 4 Lightsworns with different names in my grave, so now I can Special Summon Judgment Dragon (3000/2600)!

Joshua: No! Heh, but his attack points is equal to my Horus...

Reinen: Yes, but his effect will take care of your Dragon! By paying 1000 of my Life Points I can destroy all cards on the field, except my Dragon! Final Judgment*!

Joshua: What!?

Reinen: Now my Dragon! Attack!

 

Reinen: 1000 LP

Joshua: 0 LP

 

Announcer: And teh winner is: Reinen Winston! He is now qualified to the Black Light Tournament!

The Crowd Screamed as Reinen left the arena.

Announcer: And now, it's time for the match between Lex Hammerfield and Seraphin Nosen.

Lex walked up to the arena. He turned around and looked at Reainen and made a

thumb-up. (or something like that, I don't now what it is called) Seraphin walked up to the arena and Lex turned to him.

Lex: So you will be my opponent? Well, Good Luck.

Seraphin: Back at ya, you will need it...

Seraphin and Lex: Duel!

 

Lex: 4000 LP

Seraphin: 4000 LP

 

Lex: I'll start! I start by playing Legendary Beast Hebi (300/300) in Defense Position. Then I place one card face-down. You're turn!

Seraphin: Alright! I start by playing Spiritual Energy Settle Machine! And then I summon Susa Soldier (2000/1200)! Now my soldier! Attack his Hebi!

A warrior appeared in front of Seraphin and attacked the snake.

Lex: I activate my Quick-Spell Card! Year of the Dragon! Now, by discarding 2 cards from my hand I can Special Summon Legendary Beast Tatsu (2500/200) from my deck!

A mighty dragon appeared in front of Lex.

Seraphin: No matter, my Warrior still destroys your snake!

Lex: Then my Hebis effect activates. When it is destroyed I can put it face-down in one of my Spell & Trap Card Zones.

Seraphin: (thinking) If I don't do anything, he will destroy my Soldier with Tatsu the next turn. Hm...

He looked at his hand.

Seraphin: I play this card, face-down.

Lex: Looks like it's my turn! I play the Equip Spell card, Year of Luck! When this Spell card is equiped to one of my Legendary Beast monsters, that monsters attack is raised by 500! (2500 - 3000) And when it destroys an opponents monster I can draw one extra card! Tatsu! Attack his soldier!

Seraphin: Activating Sakuretsu Armor!

Lex: Not so fast! Activating Trap!

Seraphin: What? You don't have any Traps!

Lex: Yes I do, I got my Legendary Beast Hebi! As I said, when it is destroyed, I can put it face-down in my Spell & Trap Card one, then it is counted as an Counter Trap Card. I can activate it when you activate a trap to negate that trap and destroy it!

Seraphin: Ugh!

The Dragon attacked the Soldier and Seraphin lost 1000 LP.

 

Lex: 4000 LP

Seraphin: 3000 LP

 

Lex: And I can draw 1 card!

Seraphin: My turn! Hm, I play my Yata-Garasu (200/100), in Attack Position! Then I activate the Spell card, Double Summon! Now I can tribute my Yata-Garasu to Summon Dark Dust Spirit! And his effect is activated! Now, every face-up monster, except my Spirit, is destroyed!

Lex: My Tatsu!

The Dragon disappeared, but then a whole landscape began to gow on the battlefield.

Seraphin: What is this!?

Lex: My Dragons effect! When he is destroyed, he is turned into a Field-Spell card!

Seraphin: Okay, but now it's time to destroy you! Attack!

The red Zombie attacked Lex.

 

Lex: 1800 LP

Seraphin: 3000 LP

 

Lex: My move! I play my Legendary Beast Ushi (1600/1400)! Attack him!

Seraphin: What is this? A ox attacing my zombie, and the ox dosn't even have more attack points than my zombie!

Lex: But now my Tatsu's effect activates. When he is in the Field Spell Zone, during each of my Battle Phases, my Legendary Beast monsters attack is raised by 700! (1600 - 2300)

 

Lex: 1800 LP

Seraphin: 2900 LP

 

Lex: I also activates the Spell card! Year of Courage! When this card is activated, I can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Legendary Beast monster from my hand! Come out my Legendary Beast Tora! (1800/800)

A Tiger appeared from nowhere on the field.

Lex: I also plays a face-down Trap card. Your turn!

Seraphin: Hehe, I play my second Susa Soldier! Now he attacks your Ushi!

 

Lex: 1600 LP

Seraphin: 2900 LP

 

Lex: His effect is activated! Now I can equip him to one of my Legendary Beasts to increase the Attack of that beast by 500. And I equip it to my Tora! (1800 - 2300) Then I activate my Face-down: Raigeki Break! With this card, by discarding 1 card from my hand, I can destroy 1 card on your side of the field! And I choose your Settle Machine!

Seraphin: No! Now my Spirit returns to my hand!

Lex: Yes, and now it's my turn! By entering my Battle Phase, my Toras attack is raised by 700 thanks to Tatsu. (2300 - 3000) Now, Tora attack!

 

Lex: 1600 LP

Seraphin: 0 LP

 

Announcer: Wow! That was an impressive win by Lex Hammerfield! He is qualified to the Tournament!

Lex: Yes!

Lex walked down from the arena and walked to Reinen.

Lex: High five!

Reinen: Yes!

The high fived. They were qualified to the Black Light Tournament!

Somwhere far away from the arena.

???: Master, the 2 boys was qualified to the tournament.

Master: Okay, now the fun can begin...

Chapter 2: Enter the Ultimate Insect! Part 1

 

Lex and Reinen sat in a big room. There was many chairs around them and there was a whole bunch of peoples in there sitting on the chairs. In front of all the people was a big monitor. Suddenly a man with long, grey hair appeared on the monitor. His eyes where blood red and there was something evil in them.

Man: Hello everybody. My name is Holon Zeron.

Lex: Hey Reinen! That'sthe announcer of the tournament!

Reinen: I know! I'm trying to listen what he has to say!

Lex: Alright, you doesn't need to be angry!

Holon: You are the ones who advanced to the tournamen, and now I will explain how we decide who goes to the final! You have been placed in groups with threeduelists in each group. You will face everyone in your group. A win gives you 2 Points, a Lose goves you 0 and a Draw gives you 1 point. These are the groups.

The man dissappeared and instead there 4 pictures that showed wich group each one got into.

Lex: Im in group 4!

Reinen: And Im in group 2...

???: Looks like I got into group 3!

Reinen and Lex turned around and saw a girl. She had ice blue hair, blue eyes. She weared a black top and white jeans.

Girl: What are you looking at?

Lex: Uhm, nothing!

Lex turned around in the speed of light.

Reinen: Don't worry about my friend, he's just shy! What's your name?

Girl: My name? My name is Hikari, what's yours?

Reinen: Im Reinen, the guy here is my friend Lex!

Hikari: Wow! I hope that we will see each others in the final.

Reinen: I hope so too!

Lex: Looks like I'm going to face Zack Crawler!

Reinen turned around to see who he is going to face.

Reinen: They haven't decided who I'm going to face yet. Well, let's go Lex!

They stood up and Lex turned to Hikari.

Lex: Bye!

Reinen: Bye!

Hikari: Adios!

Lex and Reinen walked to the arena.

Lex: What kind of Deck do you think Zack uses?

Reinen: I don't know, but you has to win, we are going to face each others in the final!

Lex: I hope so too! Tomorrow, I'm going to beat that guy!

One day later...

Announcer: Today, we will see the duel between Lex Hammerfield and Zack Crawler! Take your seat, because after the victories of Zack and Lex, we can tell that this is going to be a hot duel!

Zack: Hehe, so you are my next victim?

Lex: Victim? I think it's you whos going to be my beasts victim!

Zack: We will see...

Zack and Lex: Duel!

Zack: I'll start! I play my Flying Kamakiri #1 (1400/900) in attack postition!

A big insect appeared.

Zack: Then I set a trap card and then I will let you do your pathetic draw!

Lex: My draws are never pathetic! I will play my Legendary Beast Ushi (1600/1400) in Attack position! Attack my beats!

The ox was charging against the insect and the insect was totaly crushed.

Zack: Mehehe! My Kamakiris effect activates!When he is destroyed, I can summon one WIND monster with an attack of 1500 or lower! So now, let me introduce the Ultimate Insect LV1 (0/0)!

 

Zack: 3900 LP

Lex: 4000 LP

 

Lex: A monster with 0 Attack and Defense points? That's an easy match! I set 2 Spell and Traps, so now it's your turn.

Zack: And during my Standby Phase, my Insect evolves to Ultimate Insect LV3 (1400/900)!

Lex: But he's still no match for my Ushi!

Zack: Isn't he? Because my Insects effect makes your monsters Attack points decrease by 300! (1600 - 1300)

Lex: No! My Ushi!

Zack: First, I'll play Pinch Hopper from my hand in Attack Position (1000/1200)! Then, my Insect Attack!

Lex: Activating Trap! It's called Jar of Greed, when I activate this card, I can draw one card! Hm, the card Year of Courage is drawn. When I draw this card during your turn by a card effect, I can activate it right away! With this spell card, I can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Legendary Beast from my hand, so now say hello to Legendary Beast Inushishi (1400/2000)!

A boar appeared in front of Lex.

Zack: That makes no difference for me! My Insect still attacks your Ushi!

Lex: His effect is now activated! When my Ushi is destroyed, I can use him as an Equip Spell card to my Legendary Beast Inushishi! (1400 - 1900)

 

Zack: 3900 LP

Lex: 3900 LP

 

Zack: But this duel is not over yet... Now it's your turn!

This chapter was maybe a little short.

Duel is ok. Your main problem however, is Spelling&Grammar. Since I know you speak English as a second language, I can understand why. For the spelling I suggest you use OpenOffice to write your chapters in b4 you post them. Environmental descriptions have improved, but could still be better.
