Phoenix: So detective, find anything that you missed before?

Gumshoe: Now why would you say that, pal?

Maya: Because that's what usually happens.

Gumshoe:!

Phoenix: (Maya!)

Gumshoe: Actually, we did, pal.

Phoenix: Really?

Gumshoe: Yeah, we didn't pay too much attention to it before. But because of the witness' testimony.

Phoenix: (Hmm, this should prove interesting.)

Dick Gumshoe:The detective in charge of the local investigation. Is kind of air-headed.

Miles Edgeworth:My friend and rival. Is a prosecuting genius.

Peach: A girl who is the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. Carries a parasol around, despite it's not raining.

Luigi: A timid fellow, who seems to have a thing for green.

Mario: Luigi's brother. Is apparently famous for beating Bowser and saving Princess Peach.

Phoenix: You mean Wolf?

Gumshoe: Yeah, turns out he has quite a backround.

Phoenix: (Alright, let's look at the Victim Data)

 

Victim Name: Roy

 

Reason of Death: Excessive Bleeding in the neck.

 

Victim Summary: Roy was not a famous swordsman, but when he was killed, it caused a huge uproar by his few fans.

 

Phoenix: So, detective, this Roy person wasn't famous?

Gumshoe: Nope, I hadn't even heard of him until the murder.

Phoenix: I see. Then why would someone murder him?

Gumshoe: You should a look at the suspect data for that, pal.

Phoenix: (Alright then, let's take a look.)

 

Suspect Name: Ike

 

Motive: One was never proven.

 

Suspect Summary: Ike was a famous swordsman, who had quite a large fanbase. He was supposed to be the strongest swordsman in the land, and he was the only one who could've murdered Roy, according to the prosecution.

 

Phoenix: This doesn't tell me the suspect's motive, detective

Gumshoe: I know, pal. One was never proven in court, that's why he got away.

Phoenix: He got away, huh?

Gumshoe: That's right, pal. A motive was never proven, even though it was obvious he was the killer.

Phoenix: It was obvious?

Gumshoe: That's right, he was the only one who could've done it.

Phoenix: Well, thanks for the information, detective.

Gumshoe: Woah, woah, woah, pal! Where do you think you're going with that file?

Phoenix: Well, I...

Gumshoe: Unless you can prove to me that this case is relevant to this one, I can't let you have it.

Phoenix: (*sigh* You can never make my job easy can you detective?)
