宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Felt like sharing my favorite MV's tbh. Personally, BMS's BOF BGA's are what all music videos should be like, not whatever mainstream media is doing right now. Sex and drugs, probably. Trippy animations are my jam
.Rai
Eh, I mean, it's a cute gimmick, and kinda cool, but I only really latch onto videos that feel like they're doing something important. Lots of good music videos. Not a lot of great music videos. I always like to bring up Kendrick's Alright as an example of a great one though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-48u_uWMHY

ÆƵ–
That first one was some Cytus-level shiit right there. Good shiit. I think you'd probably like this one:

宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Really cant stand MVs (or anything really) that try to make it seem like something important or deep. Dunno why, felt like anything like that is just pretentious. Much prefer lighthearted, quirky videos. also, the first one is cytus-level sheet because it was from cytus =w=
.Rai
Really cant stand MVs (or anything really) that try to make it seem like something important or deep. To be honest, Kendrick's music wasn't made to seem important. It was Important with a capital I, in terms of cultural, musical and political impact. Definitely nothing wrong with liking light entertainment, but light entertainment is all that it is. Word art and lyric videos kinda get samey after a while as well. Enjoyed the two in the OP. A third is pushing my attention span, I think. Just my personal preference though. If I'm gonna take a light-hearted MV, it's usually weird as sheet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHlNBLiEOTU
(GigaDrillBreaker)
The video for take on me is a classic. It was certainly it's own thing.
Cosmo.
I personally love any Florence and the Machine videos (i'm very biased though, since they're my favourite band.) But i'll just leave my favourite: I also love when music videos/songs in an album connect to create a story.
Face McShooty
I also love when music videos/songs in an album connect to create a story. That's what I love about these 4 songs, their videos create what the duo calls "The Gravity Quadrilogy", which Gravity is the name of the album all 4 of these songs appear on, you have to watch them in order to understand the whole story and what I like about these, is the 4th one (Gravity) rolls credits at the end like you've just watched a movie or something. It's an excellent story and these are 4 of the best songs on the album these appear on
