Give them a BA

No, as the situations you would give them a BA will usually consume your normal if you want the actual effect and you'll end up a monster that will prevent you from fielding more BA's (terror too is also turned off). In situations where you've boarded a Beatrice you need to trigger Libic in order to give them a BA worth triggering it's effect and this equates to (assuming u end up using Beatrice's effect) pitching 2 cards for pseudo monster removal with the requirement that you run Libic.

Don't you end up burning Terror early in the game though? Maybe I'm looking at this too much from the OCG view, but Cir Control late game seems fairly potent, depending on what you steal, Beatrice+Steal could very well be game

What are you realistically going to invest a normal in? TGU is gone, Terror should be gone. Swords should be in grave, or banished

What does weaken it, IMO, is dark planet, but *shrugs*

???

If you had mention giving the opponent Dante you would have revived off Cir you might have had a point.

You invest your normal for Rhino or Graff zzzzzz

This card's been competitively viable (or semi-viable) in the past because you could give them floaters and they'd still trigger in your grave. Pyramid Turtle and Mystic Tomato were always the classic targets, but it's worth mentioning Spirit Monsters are good too. Neat card.
