Your Real House

My real house costs about 1.1 million. Living in a rich city does have some of its perks, I guess, but the current economy sucks crap and the food is more expensive now.

As for neighbours, there is one house on our right whose kids drove my parents crazy. They always played and ran around on our property, and our parents didn't like that because our stuff gets damaged. Luckily, (as my mom put it) their father got laid off and the family moved to Toronto to find a job, lol. Tenants now rent the place. Aside from them, the our neighbours were generally okay.

As for roommates, none yet as I'm still finishing Grade 12.

Basically 2-story house with a small yard and stuff (well, it's big enough for planting stuff like vegetables / trees, but that's it). Neighbors are okay, except for next door when he barbecues (I end up having to close the window when it happens).

The one to the right of me is partly crazy (or rather is associated with a crazy man from 10 years ago); they're just weird.

As I live out in the countryside, not that much traffic (least I live in a planned project)

----

Because I still live at home (even if college is 25 miles away), no roommates.

It's kinda crappy. It's a house that a lot of my family has lived in (mom growing up, great grandma before that, etc.). But it's pretty small. Like, idk. 800-1000 square feet? Two bedrooms, small kitchen and a bit larger living room. One bathroom that has just barely enough room for a sink toilet and small shower. My bedroom is only like 7 feet wide (but only half of it the other half is like 4 feet) and around 8 feet long. My bed is basically as tall as me and it barely fits inside.

It's also kinda run down. Trying to keep it from not falling apart but not doing great.

The backyard has a fence though so that's nice for the dog.

It's somehow always dusty and because of my mom's smoking everything kinda smells of smoke.

Don't know the neighbors very well though.

Besides the noisy neighbors, chalkboard-esque air compressors, and the sound of sheet water pouring down the walls, I really have no real complaints about this apartment. It's in a convenient location, it's close to work, the staff members are very nice, and a one-bedroom - which I have - is about a thousand square feet, includes an in-house washer and dryer, and costs less than a grand a month with utilities. I'd say that's a steal.

A single story house that initially had three bedrooms; my father made a wall and doorway in a plentiful area to make a fourth room. A bathroom, kitchen, dining room, garage, living room, and shed. Yard's fairly big; not too big, not too small. There's a couple of trees outside, yard's occasionally been inhabited by rabbits. I only have one neighbor near my home. The rest are further from that, so interation with any of them has yet to occur. And the home's in a very convenient location.

I still live with my folks. It is a small one story house in a neighborhood. I sleep on the couch, been doing so for 6 years now. I cheerish what privacy I can obtain. Here in my 'hood we don't really interact with the neighbors, but my grandmother knows a few people on our block. I used to have a friend since elementary school across the street, alas he has left a few months ago. I recall leeching off his wi-fi when I was like 14. Its ok, not really a ghetto, but  it isn't very upper-class.

A relatively average sized house with 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a large den, a dining room, and a utility room in our garage. About 9 years ago, we also added a patio and a big building(some sort of warehouse) for my mother's balloon business. And we have an average sized lawn.

As far as neighbors go, we live next door to a housing for mental patients and a middle aged couple. Not really many kids my age, about maybe 5 or 6 of them I'm friends with. Pretty quiet neigborhood overall.

Sometimes I forget this is average given it's twice the size of my house. (or maybe more)
