● Target 2 Level 6 or lower monsters on the field with the same name; their Levels become double their current Levels.
● Target 1 monster on the field, then target 1 other monster on the same controller's field; the first target's name becomes the same as the second target's.

 

Double Sensor Ship

Once per turn, if there are 2 or more monsters with the same name on the field and 1 of them declares an attack: You can negate the attack.

Normal Trap

Target 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" you control; detach all Xyz Materials from it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Double Cipher is amazing, the rest are gimmicky.

Is Double Cipher considered an Xyz Summon?  He did do his whole chant thing when he summoned it including yelling "Xyz Summon"!

This really annoyed me... as well as the fact it says "ignoring the summoning conditions" when it doesn't even have any summoning conditions to ignore!

It's one of those cases where the actual lore isn't visible, so take the translation with a grain of salt. Either, that, or it's that anime logic where ignoring the summoning conditions somehow fulfils them.
