The Warden Posted April 23, 2016 Report Share Posted April 23, 2016 I checked when this card was used, which was the duel between Jesus Yusei and Goodwin. Goodwin used this so Bishbalkin destroyed not only nuked Yusei's monsters, but also his S/Ts. So I think this actually changes singular destruction (monsters or S/Ts) into just "cards".
