Okay, here's another stock of generic cards for evaluation (more simple and basic cards, but efficient for play):

 

Kikuro
Level 2/FIRE/Dragon/Effect/Tuner

If this card would be used as a Synchro Material, inflict 500 of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Storyteller of the Shadows
Level 3/DARK/Fairy/Effect

You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard, if you do, then look at up 3 cards from the top of your Deck and at up 3 cards from the top of your opponent's Deck.

Scarlet Metal Pegasus
Level 4/WInd/Fairy/Effect

When this card destroy a monster, return this card to your hand at the End of the Battle Phase.

Total Madness Overlord

Medieval Knight: Archer

Level 4/EARTH/Warrior/Effect

1600/1000

During the turn this card is Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Medieval Knight" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. If this card is Summoned: You can remove 2 Medeival Counters from a face-up "Medieval Knight" card; Special Summon 1 Level 5 EARTH Warrior-Type monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Medieval Knight: Archer" once per turn. This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved.

 

Medieval Knight: Footsoldier

Level 4/EARTH/Warrior/Effect

1500/1200

During the turn this card is Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Medieval Knight" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. If this card is Summoned: You can remove 2 Medeival Counters from a face-up "Medieval Knight" card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Medeival Knight" monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Medieval Knight: Footsoldier" once per turn. During either player's Main Phase, if a "Medieval Knight" monster you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead.

 

Medieval Knight: Cavalry

Level 5/EARTH/Warrior/Effect

You can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributing, but its original ATK becomes 1900. If this card is Summoned; You can add 1 "Medieval Knight" monster from your Deck to your hand, then place 1 Medieval Counter on a face-up "Medieval Knight" card you control. You can only use this effect of "Medieval Knight: Cavalry" once per turn. Once per turn, you can activate this effect; Other monsters you control cannot attack this turn, also this card gains 200 ATK for each Medieval Counter on the field.

 

Medieval Knight: Hound

Level 3/EARTH/Beast/Tuner/Effect

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Medieval Knight" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in Defense Position, then place 1 Medieval Counter on that monster. During the End Phase, if this card is in the Graveyard because it was sent there this turn: You can add 1 "Medieval Knight" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Medieval Knight: Hound" once per turn.

 

Medieval Knight: Squire

Level 3/EARTH/Warrior/Tuner/Effect

If you control a "Medieval Knight" monster, except "Medeival Knight: Squire", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If Summoned this way: Target 1 "Medieval Knight" card you control; Place Medieval Counters on that card equal to the number of face-up "Medieval Knight" monsters you control. You can only Special Summon 1 "Medieval Knight: Squire(s)" per turn. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Medieval Counters from a face-up "Medieval Knight" card you control, then target 1 "Medieval Knight" monster you control and activate one of the following effects: ● Increase its Level equal to the number of Medieval Counters removal ● Decrease its Level equal to the number of Medieval Counters removed.

 

Medieval Knight: Queen

Level 7/EARTH/Warrior/Synchro/Effect

Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up "Medieval Knight" monster you control, except "Medieval Knight - Queen"; Place 1 Medieval Counter on that card. If this card is destroyed (by battle or by card effect): You can target 1 "Medieval Knight" monster in your Graveyard; Add that target to your hand.

Medieval Knight: Hunter

Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Non-Warrior Type monster on the field; Equip that target to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the half the ATK of the eqiupped monster. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect.) If this card would be destroyed (by battle or by card effect), destroy that equipped monster instead. During each of your End Phases: If this card is equipped to a monster equipped by this card's effect; Send the equipped monster to the Graveyard unless you remove 2 Medieval Counters from a face-up "Medieval Knight" card you control.
 
Medieval Knight: King

When this card is activated, place 1 Medieval Counter on this card. (Max. 20) "Medieval Knight" monsters you control gain 200 ATK. During your Main Phase; You can place Medieval Counters on this card, equal to the number of "Medieval Knight" monsters you control. During the End Phase, You can activate each of these effects up to once per turn, depending on the total number number of Medieval Counters removed from this card this turn: ● 3 or more; Add 1 "Medieval Knight" card from your Deck to your hand ● 6 or more; During your next Standby Phase Special Summon 1 "Medieval Knight" monster from your Graveyard ● 9 or more; Draw 1 Card. If this card is destroyed; You can add 1 "Medieval Knight" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Medieval Knight's Castle" once per turn.

When this card is activated, place 1 Medieval Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can place 1 Medieval Counter on this card for each "Medieval Knight" card you control. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Medieval Counters from this card, then activate one of the following effect based on the number of Counters removed; ● 3: Add 1 "Medieval Knight" card from your Deck to your hand ● 6: Target 1 card your opponent controls; Destroy it ● 9: Special Summon 1 "Medieval Knight" monster from your Deck.
 
Medieval Knight's Insight
Spell
Send 1 "Medieval Knight" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, then target 1 "Medieval Knight" card you control; Place a number of Medieval Counters equal to the Level of the sent monster. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Medieval Knight" card you control; Place 2 Medieval Counters on that card. You can only use 1 effect of "Medieval Knight's Instinct" per turn, and only once that turn.
 
Reinforcements of the Medieval Knights
Trap
If your opponent declares an attack: Target 1 "Medieval Knight" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. After this card resolves, you can remove 1 Medieval Counter from a face-up "Medieval Knight" card you control; Shuffle the attacking monster into the Deck.
 
Medieval Knight's Arrow Barrage
Counter Trap
If your opponent would activate a card or effect that would target 1 "Medieval Knight" monster you control: Remove 1 Medieval Counter from a face-up "Medieval Knight" card you control; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
 
Medieval Knight's Second Siege

During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, descrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 100 for each Medieval Counter on this card. Each time a monster your opponent controls is destroyed by battle or the effect of a "Medieval Knight" card, place 1 Medieval Counter on this card (Max. 20) Once per turn, you can remove 1 Medieval Counter from this card to add 1 "Medieval Knight" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

Here are my Generics due to problems I have to post it in a separate post I apologize.

Miltia
Level 3/EARTH/Warrior/Effect
1100/800
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 Warrior-Type monster from your hand or Deck, but its effects are negated. If this card is destroyed by battle you can special summon up to 2 "Militia" from your deck. Once per turn you can target 1 monster you control this card's name is treated as the targeted monster until the End Phase.
 
Gifts from the Grave
Spell
If your opponent has more total cards in their hand and on their side of the field than you do: you can add 2 cards from your graveyard to your hand except "Gift from the Grave". You can only activate 1 "Gift from the Grave" per turn.
 
Noble Protection
Trap
When your opponent targets a face-up monster you control for an attack or card effect. Switch the target to another monster on the field.  During either player's turn if this card along with the monster targeted by this card's effect is in the Graveyard; You can banish this card; Target 1 face-up monster and increase its ATK equal to half of the ATK of the monster targeted by this cards effect while it was on the field.
 
 
NOTE: I know that the two staples may NOT have correct PSCT. I have problems with that so please forgive me for that.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 Beast-Type monster. Also, unless you control a "Friendly Paws" monster, you can only Normal Summon Level 3 or lower Beast-Type monsters with this effect. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Once, during your Main Phase, and while this card is face-up on the field, you can: Fusion Summon 1 Beast-Type Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing Fusion Materials listed on it from your Graveyard. All Beast-Type monsters you control gain 200 ATK.

 

If anything, though, these would just need help with rewording some things to be more properly in-line with how cards are worded anyway; these might come off as a little sloppy, in terms of text, and I apologize in advance for this.
