evilfusion
I'm going to just say "meh" to this thing. It's a Level 5 that acts like a mediocre Cyber Dragon that has to kill stuff to get a 500 ATK boost, and be killed by something to do a 500 attack nerf. It's...just not very good. The ability to Special Summon it if your opponent doesn't control a monster makes it a lot easier to summon as it won't be dead turn 1. While the effects are somewhat mediocre, it doesn't seem too bad. I wonder though, what would be the main uses for a DARK or Beast-Warrior Cyber Dragon? I feel like this doesn't bring anything really new to the table. There are lot of Cyber Dragon SS effects, and many of them are Level 5. Some of them don't need your opponent to control a monster, either.

Blake
This would be fine to add to the game. ... But primitive butterfly exists and this doesn't sell itself because its ATK isn't over 1900.
Darj
I find this card fine, as far as inherent Summoning Level5 monsters go. I mean, yes, there are plenty of CyDra-ish monsters already, but unlike them this is DARK, which may give it a niche somewhere, while other DARK options are... I can only think of Garbage Lord at the moment, who costs 2000 LP and has an Xyz Summoning restriction. Its effects, with that 1900 base ATK, don't impress me, though. Toffee.
but unlike them this is DARKVice Dragon. Vice needs the opponent to control something, but still.
The Nyx Avatar
While everyone says that this is essentially a Cyber Dragon Summoning effect, Cyber Dragon requires your opponent to control a monster. So this is more like Primitive Butterfly. But other than that, what is this? Overly shiny pack filler?
♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪
Cyber Dragon has higher ATK, but this card has an easier summoning condition, without the "Your Opponent controls a monster" Clause, making it easier to SS, and if boosted, this card could pose a threat....Not really fancy, except for the foil.... Sleepy
Definitely lacking. It could have gone a few other more productive ways. I'll just try to fix it:Level 4 ATK 1900You can Special Summon this card (from your hand), and if you do, you can have its ATK and DEF halved. If it destroys a monster by battle: All monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEFIf this card in your possession is destroyed: All opponent's monsters lose 500 ATK and DEF. Pros:-Normal Summonable just as easily so you can stack these things.-Tenki can now search it out-Flexible with either of the 3 Virus Cards while Tenki is out.-Its brute force effect now doesn't only support itself-Weakens all opponent's monsters so doesn't target and doesn't care if its Summon is negated (even if the values are the same amounts AKA 500 )
