I put these together based on the Heroes wikia, each district there is one I got from hitting Random page, so I then looked under "similar heroes" and for the most part, all of the others in the districts were in that category so that's how this Hunger Games came to be! 8-10 votes or tomorrow, whichever comes first, will be what's needed to start this very interesting Hunger Games!
