While this card remains face-up on the field, the stats of your opponent’s monsters become their printed stats, if possible. During either player’s turn, if your opponent would activate an effect that would change the stats of a monster from their printed stats: You can tribute this face-up card; Negate the activation, then draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of ”Gutenberg the Wordsmith” once per turn. Card B When this card is activated: Draw 1 card, then shuffle this card into the Deck. When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack and you control no cards: You can banish this card from your hand; shuffle all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls into the Deck. Love of Ghibli
I vote for Card B While admittedly a lot of my opinion is in terms of flavor I do like the anti swarm flavor of Card B more than Card A being a free level 5. While Card A has potential in the fact that it can negate during the damage step stopping some handtraps and Honest I feel like all of its uses are either outclassed by other cards or is too niche. Number 103 is better at regulating cards that have increased stats. Vice Dragon and Garbage Lord are better free level 5's. And I don't think that there are that many damage step boosters prevalent in the meta right now.Card B on the other hand is very nice in the fact that by simply knowing it exist it set-ups mind traps for the opponent. Similar to how Gorz used to do back in the day. The simplicity of making a ripple force handtrap is something I cant really polk holes in. My only shame is that I can't really figure out which one of Zhuge Liang's plots is it an homage to.

Yuuji Kazami
Card A is based on Johannes Gutenberg, who is noted from his achievements with the printing press. I like it for the fact that it's effects is based on "printed stats" as opposed to "original stats", as the flavour by refers to Gutenburg's work (movable printing press). The first effect is the most useful in my opinion, because it makes it a easy Summon as a Level 5. A shame that the type was Spellcaster aside from Machine, because it would've given the card a little more usage for being more likely to be used in Cyber Dragons, and would've made the flavour better. Unfortunately, the second effect and third effect seems pointless as they contradict each other. If all of the stats your opponent controls becomes their printed stats, then what's the point of tributing this card just to negate the effect for a +1? Not only that, the card has low stats for a Level 5, and a hard OPT that isn't even necessary. I feel as if this card was rather rushed, even though some flavour is still there. However, in terms of usability and balance, it still receives a decent mark, albeit not very high. Card B is based off of the Empty Fort Strategy ( 空城計) and the 32nd of the 36th Chinese Strategems (三十六計). A buffed up version of Pot of Greed, as it cycles itself into the Deck after drawing and has a nasty secondary effect (in a good way) that relates to the flavour completely. Basically, using reverse psychology, the user would allow a fort to have its gates open and activity ceased, inviting the wary opponents in. The aim would then be to make the opponent think that an ambush has been set up, causing them to retreat. I have to say that I'm honestly wowed by whoever created Card B for thinking of an effect like this... The only miffing part of this almost 11/10 card is the fact that it's a non-targeting field wipe that pretty much ruins your opponent as a hand trap, and that you can just stall with this card playing any deck in Yu-Gi-Oh. I would've given a clear win had it been only shuffling the monster that attacked, and then ending the Battle Phase; it's just because your opponent has very little ways of preventing this card's effect because it activates from your hand, so it kind of deserves a toning down. Still, the idea that you must have an "Empty Fort" by controlling no cards to activate just completely wowed me. It aims to bait your opponent into attacking, and if they do, they get a nasty surprise. Although a bit overpowered, it's definitely a tech-worthy card and would be a staple in all decks, as much as the Solemns. Like i said, although slightly overpowered with the shuffling of all monsters and acting as a hand trap, I'll still have to give it to Card B as the creativity and design completely wowed me (minus being slightly overpowered). Voting for B.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Well, it's 2-0 card B; meaning Gadjiltron moves on to Round 3. (Late as this announcement comes, there are reasons why I didn't do it earlier)
