Metalphosis Counter
Normal Trap Card
(1) If a card you control is destroyed (by battle or by card effect): Special Summon 1 “Metalphosis” monster from your Deck.
(2) Banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 face-up “Metalphosis” Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is sent to the Graveyard.

This card can chain with the efffect of a pendulum zoned Metalphosis with Combination to get basically 2 monsters for free. A rush-oriented Metalphosis can truly benefit from card but defense plays are also viable as these can give access to Volflame to stop an attack. A Call of the Underdog Metalphosis could also work with this. All in all, seems decent to good depending to preference.

If it was continuous I would 100% run it for the (2) effect and just max out Magic Planter.  However given how not good the (1) effect is and the fact that it, well, can't be readily popped, not gud.

 

Maybe 1 at best, just for the emergency (2) effect without being locked by Pot of Riches.  Thats about it though
