Extra Net

If a monster(s) is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck:

The opponent of the player that conducted the Special

Summon can apply this effect,

 •Draw 1 card

So, this card's not all that useful in many decks considering a lot of decks require their extra to make power plays, and then the OCG list came a round, and hit true domain of the monarchs. So my question here is, would this be a decent one-of in monarch main/side decks now that their main field is gone? It doesn't prevent the opponent from using their extra deck like domain does, but it does net a draw for every ED summon, meaning your opponent will either have to hit this card, or allow you more draws. I doubt it's ideal, but it's something interesting to think about. Discuss?

Who is that in the back? Up front is obviously Goyo Guardian, but I'm genuinely wondering about the other (presumably) ED monster in the back. It's mostly black, with a separate . . . round . . . yellow thing . . . and a large spike? I have no clue.

Also, if Tramids don't get an ED, this might be fun for them.

Supposedly Thousand-Eyes Restrict.

I've considered this card a couple times, Maxx C just does it better

I was kind of thinking poor man's Maxx C.

As for maxx C:

Unless i'm horribly mistaken, having extra net out, and chaining Maxx C to a Special Summon would net up to 2 cards per summon. while your opponent might want to push past 1 of the two, both together could easily give you up to 6 cards off of an average power play, easily discouraging even the most reckless of plays, and sometimes making them burn their backrow removal on extra net, leaving the rest of your stuff a bit safer. the potential +'s might outweigh the cost of running both.
