My Pokemon Timeline Theory

I'd actually thought this out a while back (mid-Gen 5 actually), but it needs an update. As a note, I have only played through Black and X once, and other games in Gen 5-6 I haven't played through at all. If I am missing something obvious, let me know.

Lemme just dive right in: There are 3 timelines. All of them are punctuated in technology spikes which, by the actions of people, lead to the beginning of completely new timelines.

1st timeline: R/B/Y > G/S/C > B/W > B2/W2 > X/Y > S/M?

The first timeline is what I like to call the "original timeline". It follows a continuous stream of time where each game is an amount of years after the previous one. It naturally corresponds to the advancements in technology/pokemon understanding from game to game. Nothing really exciting to note here.

2nd Timeline: FR/LG R/S/E > HG/SS D/P/P

The "altered timeline". This is where it gets interesting. Obviously, these correspond to Gens 3 and 4, Gens whose technology and pokemon understanding is obviously greater than Gen 2, but less than Gen 5.

If you notice, there is quite a gap in the "original timeline" between Gens 2 and 5. There is also a specific object present in Gen 2 that is never seen again in any other generations. That object... The pokemon centers' Time Capsule. As a refresher, the Time Capsule was supposed to be the explanation of trading from RBY to GSC. However, it is not present in other games. Outside the games, the reasons are clear, but in-game, there is no reason why people would give up that kind of technology, unless it was shown to be enormously dangerous. My theory is that someone from the "original timeline" accidentally (or on purpose) got sent back in time and altered the past, introducing Gen 1 with information/technology that would not appear until well between Gens 2 and 5. This alteration created a new timeline while the original timeline (unable to find a way to get the person back) removed all Time Capsules because of the danger they present to young pokemon trainers.

3rd Timeline: OR/AS

OR and AS don't fit in any of the pre-arranged timelines, however this could still make sense. NOTE: I have not played OR/AS, and I am working under the assumption that these (like R/S/E) also are implied to be happening at the same time as RBY. If there isn't any such implication, then this could actually be placed in the "original timeline" between Gens 6-7. A Gen 6.5, if you will.

OR/AS are Gen 6 games so in order for this timeline to be established, someone from between Gens 6-7 would have to bring technology back to Gen 1. Before, I might've said that someone used the old Time Capsule tech and jumped back that way, but that would assume that person could get their hands on illegal tech and would want to send themselves back on purpose (with no clear way of returning). At best, it's a leap, however Nintendo reopened this theory by providing an alternate method: PokeBank. With PokeBank allowing transfers from Gen 1 games to Gen 7, Nintendo has reopened *cough cough* a link to the past. It isn't so far-fetched to think that a similar incident working on time-space transfers using PokeBank [before it was stabilized] would result in another person/persons lost in time and returned to events before Gen 1. ...At least, I feel it is more believable than the former.

What do you peeps think?

Remakes reference the region they interact with, and are capable of direct interaction.

This implies they share the timeline. XY and ORAS share a lot of hidden lore to support this.

It's more likely:

RBGY -> GSE

RSE + FRLG -> DPPt + HGSS -> BW - > BW2

XY + ORAS
