Each time your opponent activates a card or effect: This card gains 200 ATK immediately after it resolves, until the end of this turn. You can only use each of the following effects of "Hi-Speedroid Danmeka" once per turn. (Quick Effect): You can target 2 face-up monsters you control; until the end of this turn, halve the ATK of 1 monster, and if you do, add that lost ATK to the other monster. If this card in your possession is sent to your GY by an opponent's card: You can add 1 "Speedroid" monster from your Deck to your hand.

If this card is used as a Synchro Material for the Summon of a "Power Tool" Synchro monster; You can equip this card from your GY to that monster. If a monster equipped with this card declares an attack; Your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step.

Not if we're allowed to review cards on here but:

The spell is decent, but I have few issues with fossil washer. First, what are it's fusion materials? Also, there's 3 fusions each for levels 4, 6, and 8, so having just 1 level 2 feels out place. Lastly, why is it a tuner when fossils are entirely fusion based?

Every time a monster is special summoned to your opponent's field, place 2 Kaiju counters on this card (max 8). You can remove 4 counters from this card to return 1 monster on the field to it's owner's control. You can send this card with 4 or more Kaiju counters to the GY to add 1  "Kaiju" monster from your deck or GY to your hand.

 

Note: I specifically chose to make this work with cards like Lava Golem, Santa Claws, and Volcanic Queen because it would be cool to combine them with Kaijus. And maybe it can even counter monster stealing effects if that ever becomes meta.
