Once per turn, if you control no other monsters: You can Special Summon 1 Level 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard with the same Type as a monster on the field, and if you do, place 1 Predator Counter on the Summoned monster, and if you do that, if is Level 2 or higher, it becomes Level 1 as long as it has a Predator Counter.
