So, I'm going to pose a few questions.  Mostly these are because I'm super out of the loop not having played for going on four years (maybe longer; the last thing I remember is XYZ's being previewed).  But as a fan of Zombie decks, I hope you'll bare with me.  Most of these questions will be directed at Synchro Monsters.

 

1.)  Archfiend Zombie Skull.  It requires Plaguespreader, but there isn't one in the deck.  I'm assuming this is for the mirror match since you have Zombie Master that could pitch and revive it?

 

2.)  Revived King Ha-Des.  Same question as above.

 

3.)  Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Abyss.  Similar question.  It requires a Non-tuner Dark Dragon-type.  Again assuming this is for tech against a particular match-up, but I'm unsure.

 

4.)  When would you go for Samuraisaga over Shogunsaga?  Just curious as to your preferences and/or why.

1, 2, and 3. Shiranui Spectralsword:

If this card is in your Graveyard, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 non-Tuner Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard; banish both it and this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Levels those 2 monsters had. You can only use this effect of "Shiranui Spectralsword" once per turn.
 
So I can summon any 6 with no drawback. Samurai isn't great, but it can be summoned normally, where Archfiend Zombie Skull is all around solid (Kozmo, Backrow, etc.), and Ha Des knocks floaters and the like the funk out.
 
3. I am running a lower RDA, as HRDAA also requires the dragon to be a synchro.
 
Sample play:
  1. Revive Sage/level 1 0/0 tuner with Mezuki
  2. (Use sage to Lonefire into said 0/0 tuner)
  3. Use Spectralsword, banish itself and sage, get a 6
  4. Sage effect, SS Spectralsword
  5. Sword + 6 = Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend
  6. lv. 1 Tuner + Scarlight RDA = HRDAA
 
That's not the only play, but entirely possible and fairly common. Depending on setup, you can sometimes get a dark hole off with SRDA before synchroing, given Archfiend Zombie Skull's effect, and those scenarios tend to sheet out Crystal Wing next to HRDAA.

OMEGALOVANIA III: Stronger than You

Not going to post full thoughts on this build, at least now now. Got sick of cupidity hitting my techs in ADDITION to my sheet, so swapped for BriFu, which helps out a ton.

 

Nothung is a tech over Abyss Dweller, still in testing.

 

Near enough empties out the ED in 3-4 turns.
