Cards not showing up in YGOPro or in Card Packer

I've been following a few tutorials and this is what I have.

 

1 record in datas with an unclaimed ID, everything else filled out or 0, no nulls. 

1 record in text with the same ID, name and description set, no nulls.

 

I tried doing this over someone else's file after I cleaned it out, and put it in a rar file with the same file structure, but nothing in the pics, scripts or thumbnails folders. YGOPro Card Packer can't find any records in the rar.

 

I also for the hell of it tried doing everything directly in the main card database for ygopro and it still won't show up, though the Card Packer can find the records in YGOPro.

 

This is the simplest thing and I still can't get it to work. I don't even have code to give you an error ;;. Can someone help me through this?

EDIT I got it to work, I probably just made an error somewhere. If I have any more trouble I'll come back here >.<
