Super Smash Bros. Armageddon

[Davok]

Link, Jysgaren and Gamer were running to aid the barrier to stop Lord Davok. Gamer didn't know much, but he did know that: 1. He had entered a world where the video game character in his world are real. 2. Shadow the Hedgehog had just tried to kill him. And 3. They were under attack. ``Who is this Lord Davok guy, anyway?'' Gamer asked as they ran.

 

Lord Davok gritted his teeth as he tried to slash at the barrier of heroes. There were simply too many. ``Fortunately.'' Davok said. ``I always have a Plan B.'' A cloud of black smoke erupted from the ground and a giant, hulking figure appeared from it. ``Destroy them, Astaroth!''(OoC: Astaroth is a Boss Character in this RP) And while they were distracted, Davok rushed into Base Alpha, the base he was forbidden to ever enter thousands of years ago.

Smiling, Talim darted through the crowd and stopped in front of Astaroth. Recalling how she had defeated the giant earlier, she started by charging straight at the giant. Astaroth's charge was much more impressive, but ultimately futile, as Talim dropped at the last second and brought him to the ground. She didn't expect the power of the new Astaroth, though, as he whirled around in ludicrous circles and tripped Talim back. He stood and raised his axe, ready to deliver the final blow. Unfortunately for him, he was interrupted by a Light Arrow to the eye. Astaroth countered with a jet of flames directed at Link, which the Hero absorbed with Mirror Shield before being knocked to the ground.

[Davok]

Wario knocked out the guards in the Smashtown National Museum. Breaking open a door, Wario came to a dusty room. A statue depicting an African man in a white hood and scythe greeted him there. Picking up a hammer located nearby, Wario smiled. ``So, my friend, you wished for the embrace of death, and you had it! You were transformed into that statue!'' Wario taunted the statue of Zasalamel. Wario pounded the statue, and it cracked open, revealing Zasalamel. ``Why have you freed me?'' Zasalamel asked. ``For the service of Lord Davok!'' Wario laughed.

 

Lord Davok sensed as a new player entered the game- luckily, on his side. His Shadow replica of Astaroth was doing well... but the heroes were doing better. The human boy was backing away, not sure of what to do. Lord Davok sunk into the shadows, hoping to be able to grab the boy and Talim while they were distracted.

"Gamer, watch it!" Jysgarren bellowed as Link went to assist his old partner against the shadow Astaroth.

Ganondorf and Bass had lured MegaMan over to the window of Halberd. Bass fired a Bass Buster, which MegaMan was able to dodge. However, this sent him straight in to Ganondorf's Flame Choke. The Evil King the hurled the blue bomber out the window, plummeting towards Lord Davok.

[Davok]

Lord Davok looked up in horror as he saw the Blue Bomber plummeting toward him. ``We must abort.'' Davok said grimly. ``Astaroth, give them no quarter.'' And he vanished in a puff of black smoke just as Megaman was going to hit him. Nightmare! Lord Davok spoke telepathically to Soul Edge's vessel. Abort the mission, NOW! We have failed...

 

Megaman rubbed his aching head. He saw Astaroth attacking Talim, Jysgarra, Link and Gamer. Trying to make up for his last defeat, Megaman fired at the shadow Astaroth with his MegaBusters.

We are aborting; that blue devil messed with our engines, Nightmare responded as he piloted Halberd away from Base Alpha's cannons. "Bass!" he barked over the noise of the damaged thrusters. "Cloak this thing 'till we get away from their guns!"

 

"Done and double-done," Bass confirmed as he dove back into the Halberd computers.

 

"Rest of you, see if you can patch up the engines!" he commanded the recruits and Ganondorf, who had little choice but to oblige.

Cloud: Now!

Right after cloud said that Obi-Wan and Darth cut the cannons out of the ship and Darth, Obi-Wan, Cloud, Sephiroth, and Master Chief jumped out of the Halberd onto an airship that was right under the Halberd

Master Chief went to the controls and pressed a button.

The two rocket engines on the back of the ship sprang to life and made the ship depart into the sky leaving both ships unable to respond to the now out of firing range air ship.

"Those demons!" Ganondorf bellowed as Darth Vader's group escaped. "And I thought they were worthy villains. Set us on course, Nightmare! The engines are set!" Since Halberd was so immense, it didn't take long at all for the battleship to catch up to the backstabbers and incinerate their craft. However, they didn't notice a blue being rocketing along the ground below...

Talim managed to get to her feet before Astaroth could recover. When the giant swung its axe, the shaman jumped on top of it and connected with a Swift Espada, which knocked the hulking beast into MegaMan's line of fire. By the time the shadow replica had recovered, Jysgarren had caught up to it, using the Back Slice in response to what should have been a fatal blow, knocking Astaroth to the ground. Link was able to finish it with a down thrust before it could rise again.

 

As the black mist enveloped the group, though, Link couldn't help but get the feeling that he was being separated from his comrades. This theory was proven when he was rendered unable to reach Talim. "Just like Davok, to have a backup like this," he grumbled, sheathing his weapons and preparing for whatever challenge would come to face him.

 

OoC: Can I also control Sonic? I had only taken six characters before, so...

[Davok]

OoC: Yes, you may control Sonic.

 

Davok looked over the events in his throne room. The three heroes were ensnared into a realm of his own creation. A data scanner scanned the three heroes DNA, and inserted it into a capsule at the end of the room. A figure stepped out of it. ``Ah, Fighting Alloy.'' Davok smiled. ``Exterminate those heroes.'' The Fighting Alloy split into three parts: One like Jysgarren, one like Link, and another like Talim. ``But leave Talim alive, and bring her to me.'' Davok said. The three Fighting Alloys vanished in a puff of black smoke. Davok then looked at a different part of the globe in the center of his throne room, overlooking a young Twili girl. ``Midna.'' Davok said. ``Zant, are your forces ready?'' Lord Davok spoke into his comm link. ``As ready as they will ever be, my lord.'' Zant chuckled over the comm link. ``Excellent.'' Davok commented. Turning to another side of the globe, Davok saw the human boy Gamer running from the base, frightened. ``Bowser, prepare to intercept.'' Davok said over his comm link.

Cloud: Is everyone ok?

 

everyone: Yes

 

Sephiroth: Alright lets get to our feet and go see if we can talk to Davok.

 

Master Chief: Yeah, he'll be wanting these secret detailed diagrams we got from the Halberd.

 

Obi-Wan: Agreed.

 

Darth: Lets go.

 

Darth Vader presses a button on his suite that brings done the Death Star

 

Cloud: Right!

 

Everyone jumps on the Death Star and th ship makes its way to Base Alpha with lettering on it that said "None Battle Aircraft".

 

Darth opened a video transmission to Davok, Darth: Hello, is anyone there?

[Davok]

Davok put his hand to his comm link. ``Hmmmm? Oh, yes... good. You've done admirably well.'' Davok said. ``But there's something I wish for you to do. Zant's forces are not faring good against Midna's defenses. I want you to sneak behind them and kidnap Princess Midna.'' Lord Davok commanded.

Cloud: Alright we well here are those diagrams you wanted

Cloud put a cylinder on a weird looking pad and it was teleported to Davok automatically.

Sephiroth:we're leaving now will report afterwords.

 

The Death Star was almost at the fight seen when Darth pressed a button and the ship cloaked itself. They flew right over the battle scene and landed right behind enemy but still vastly undetected.

 

Master Chief: Ill stay back at the ship(which is still unseen and still cloaked)

 

Cloud:Alright, Sephiroth go up this tower and snag the princess.

 

Sephiroth: Right.

 

Sephiroth revealed his dark wing and flew up to the top of the tower. Two guards tried to get Sephiroth, but Sephiroth easily dealt with them and reached for Midina.

 

Sephiroth: You'll be coming with me now!

"Time for the big betrayal," Ganondorf muttered, dropping into Halberd's fire control chamber. Sephiroth was immediately blasted by Halberd's main cannon. Though the shot was only grazing, it did knock both Sephiroth and Midna off the tower.

 

"That wasn't supposed to happen!" Ganondorf roared, furious at his own aim. He didn't know that he was about to get some unexpected help in the form of what looked like a blue bullet.

 

"Lucky it missed," Sonic acknowledged as he set Midna down. As Sephiroth emerged from around the tower, he was struck by both Sonic's Homing Attack and Midna's magical blast.

 

"He's far too resilient for our good," Nightmare muttered to himself.

 

"I'll fire up the tractor beam," Bass called to his comrades. Sonic and Midna were soon pulled inside the ship, where Ganondorf was waving a white flag.

 

"We mean no hostility," the... Great King explained. "The shot was meant for Sephiroth."

 

OoC: Ba-da-betray! Midna's kidnapping would put an end to Ganondorf's scheme, so he interfered, bringing Sonic into the fight simultaneously. Fun, isn't it?

[Davok]

Bowser stepped in front of Gamer's path. Knowing who the spiky turtle was, and that he had no choice but to back away. ``Run and you know how this is going to end, human.'' Bowser said. Frozen in horror, Gamer was grabbed by Bowser and rushed to the Old Temple.

 

The Fighting Alloys appeared in front of Link, Jyssgarren and Talim. Charging, the Fighting Alloys attacked.

 

Wario sneaked along the Halberd. Coming up to Bass.exe on the portside, Wario showed a glowing talisman: Two dragon heads encurled in smoke. ``You know it's your's, and all of our destinies.'' Wario told Bass. ``None of us can resist in the end. You know what to do.''

[Final Fantasy Revolution]

Sephiroth: Damn, I'm to injured to keep apprehending the princess, OK GUYS LETS GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE WE LOSE ANOTHER SHIP!

 

Sephiroth flies down to the ground and everyone goes into the Death Star and leaves the battle area unseen and leaving no trail.

 

Darth: Davok, we failed capturing Midina but escaped the fight with almost no damage. What are your orders?

OoC: Broken, anyone? Fix that; that was total godmodding. You can't bring down a battleship in one hit.

[Davok]

OoC: SGY is right. Also, Halberd counts basically as a character area, a part of the game. Also, your kind of damaging the plotline destroying Halberd, since Wario is on it and he is one of the highest assets in the plot. Fix that post, please. Also, Midna does not have to be captured, cause I like Ganondorf's whole betrayal bit. Please change that post.

ooc: fixed, o and really a battleship cant be brought done with one hit? Cause I'm pretty sure the death star would be considered a battle ship and it got brought down in one hit, but I dont care just continue

OoC: Death Star is a space station. If you destroy the power cell on a space station, it will lose life support and/or explode. That's not the case with a battleship.

 

"I will never, Wario," Bass growled. "I... will... NEVER!" He fired his Bass Buster at Wario, aiming to knock him off Halberd. His shots missed. Eventually, Nightmare brought the ship low for some reason. Wario took the opportunity to jump off of Halberd.

 

"Why'd you bring us down?" Bass demanded of Nightmare, indignant.

 

"Look up," Nightmare gestured. Sephiroth's airship was just above them. "Hang on tight and prepare starboard cannons. We've brought them down once; we'll do it again."

 

"No need," Ganondorf intervened. "All we need to do is get Sonic and Midna back to Base Alpha. With Zasalamel and Wario loose, it's too dangerous for Sonic to go on foot."

 

"...I suppose..." Nightmare ceded. "Setting course for Base Alpha. Estimated travel time: four minutes."

Link was used to fighting his shadow. He'd done it in the Water Temple, and therefore knew exactly how to defeat the Fighting Alloy that mimicked his actions. Whipping out a pair of bombs, he hurled them at the Alloy. Predictably, his nemesis threw its explosive hands in retaliation. This was what Link had been waiting for: with no hands, the alloy had no mêlée defenses. Charging, Link pierced its core. The alloy was decimated immediately.

 

Jysgarren was having slightly more trouble against his. However, watching Link gave him an idea. He flung his Gale Boomerang at the Alloy, who shot its hand off in the same manner. He then used his Clawshot on the other hand, dragging himself to the Alloy. All he had to do was extend his weapon to pierce the Alloy's core, destroying it.

 

Talim was having the worst time. Though she had faced Charade and Inferno mimicking her, she had no way to reach the core. Besides that, this Alloy seemed to be the most powerful. Even when she tried to use Icy Wind, it overpowered her and used the same attack to strike her. By this time, though, the Links had dealt with their alloys. Link fired his Hookshot into the Alloy's core, knocking it into the path of Jysgarren's Gale Boomerang. The boomerang brought the core within range of Talim's Icy Wind, which destroyed the alloy.

 

Something catastrophic happened then. The alloy pieces began to pick themselves up and reassemble. Soon, nine alloys faced the heroes instead of three.

 

Then zero did. An incredible barrage of bullets, missiles, Twilit magic orbs, and Homing Attacks completely devastated all of the alloys, grinding each and every piece into dust. Soon, Halberd landed, dropping off Ganondorf, Bass.exe, Nightmare, Sonic, and Midna.

 

"I'm glad enough at this turn of events to not strangle you," Jysgarren addressed Ganondorf.

 

"We did well, then," the Great King replied matter-of-factly.

 

OoC: The next part of Ganondorf's plot is unveiled: for some reason, he wants to protect Talim, Midna, and Gamer, Lord Davok's targets. Question is, why? Find out on the next episode of... SUPER SMASH BROS. ARMAGEDDON!

[Davok]

Gamer stepped back from the oncoming Bowser. Suddenly a glowing with the Super Smash Bros. insignia appeared in front of them. Knowing the meaning of the orb, Gamer jumped to get it, but Bowser got it first. Transforming into Giga Bowser (OoC:Giga Bowser is the second boss) he chased Gamer all across the countryside.

 

Lord Davok stared from his orb and viewed the events calmly. His world was crumbling apart before his eyes. Ganondorf has betrayed him. He chuckled to himself. Suddenly he burst into fits of maniacal laughter. ``They will never stop me!!!'' Davok cried. ``Even if every single character will turn against me, I WILL triumph!'' Davok saw as Giga Bowser chased Gamer toward Base Alpha. ``This is it.'' Davok growled. ``I hoped I didn't have to resort to this but, I have no choice.'' and Davok vanished in a puff of black smoke.

 

Mephiles the Dark stood trapped in non existence. He had been destroyed by Sonic and had to stay in the dimension for all eternity- but something drew him out. A red haired figure in a black cloak approached him. ``The time has come.'' Davok growled. ``You are needed. No one shall defy me.'' Mephiles nodded. Lord Davok laughed. ``My creations need to be taught a lesson in obediance.''

 

Gamer ran. Giga Bowser was on his tail. Suddenly a blue glow in his hands appeared. Use, use! the same voice that sent him into the world beckoned. Gamer turned and flew straight at the monster.

 

Wario rubbed his head and looked up at the distant Halberd. ``Touchy.'' Wario said. Zasalamel stepped out of the shadows. ``Looks like they have to learn the hard way.'' Wario spoke to Zasalamel. ``Your said to be even more powerful than Nightmare. Prove it.''

[Supreme Gamesmaster]

"Crap, Gamer!" Ganondorf realized, seeing Giga Bowser and the now-psychic Gamer battling. "Sonic, go distract him. We'll be over when we can be."

 

"O-kay-oke," the blue blur agreed before rocketing over. The rest soon followed. Link, Jysgarren, Talim, and Ganondorf all charged the monster, slashing with their weapons. Nightmare, Midna, and Bass began to fire their lasers. However, the Azure Knight was soon distracted.

 

"Why'd you stop?" Bass yelled, completely incredulous.

 

"Zasalamel," Nightmare growled back, drawing Edge (Ganondorf's sword from Mêlée). "If I survive this, I owe Ganondorf majorly." He charged Zasalamel, a plan in mind. Predictably, Zasalamel was readying a counterattack. Nightmare teleported behind the immortal at the last second, smashing Edge into his head. However, this attack left him open to a brutal slash from Zasalamel's scythe, which cut his leg armor and barely grazed his actual leg.

[Davok]

Night has fallen on the once peaceful city of Smashtown, blissfully unaware of the events happening. Mephiles glided down from his perch on a picket sign. Wario had provided Zasalamel, who was a great asset to Lord Davok's cause. Bowser is capturing Gamer, and the Hooded One has been a valuable ally so far. Now it's his turn. Turning into his Shadow form, Mephiles reached a deserted old urban temple. Descending the steps, the sight of a sleeping green dragon awaited him. Corking a bottle, Mephiles sprinkled it under the dragon's nose, waking it with a start. ``Who are you?'' the dragon growled. ``Fin Fang Foom.''(OoC: From Marvel Ultimate Alliance.) ``You're services are required.'' The dragon nodded, and, in a few minutes, Mephiles and Fin Fang Foom were flying through the night.

Cloud looked down at the now occurring battle from the airship...

Cloud: Should we fight?

Sephiroth: No it's not are battle to fight at this point, let us go see Davok and get his order...

The airship flies away rapidly leaving no trail to follow.

[Davok]

Davok looked up at Cloud and Sephiroth's approach. ``Ah, there you are.'' the Master of Villains said. ``Zasalamel is doing a wonderful job with Nightmare, and Mephiles has just added Fin Fang Foom to our assets.'' Lord Davok held up a globe and revealed a gloved hand that everyone knew too well. ``He is a threat to our plans. I suspect he is in league with Ganondorf. Destroy him.'' he commanded. Then he looked over at a corner and saw Obi Wan speaking in his comm link. ``Hmmm... so he's a spy, eh? Well, he was never a villain in the first place. Sephiroth, on your way to Master Hand... eliminate Obi Wan Kenobi, understood?''
