Hallohallo
DARK Level 5 Scale 1 Dragon/Pendulum/EffectPendulum Effect: Once per turn, during the End Phase, if your opponent activated a card or effect that targeted exactly 1 "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster this turn while you controlled it: Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone, and if you do, place 1 face-up "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck in your Pendulum Zone, except "Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon".Monster Effect: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck; negate its effects until the end of this turn.1200/2400
ENMaker
So the monster effect can chain to itself and negate multiple monsters with no cost. A 2400 recurring searchable Skill Drain. I can only imagine this is not a confirmed effect.
Ryusei the Morning Star
I guess it's a nice generic scale 1, problem still remains that waiting for the EP means the effect has to be amazing....which it is not
玄魔の王
Effect confirmation courtesy of Org staff member Eva: P: (1) During the End Phse, if your opponent activated a card or effect that targets exactly 1 "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster you control during this turn: Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone, and if you do, place 1 face-up "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your Pendulum Zone, except "Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon".M: (1) Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up Special Summoned monster; negate its effects until the end of this turn. So it can target monsters that were not Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. I guess it's a nice generic scale 1, problem still remains that waiting for the EP means the effect has to be amazing....which it is not It's a generic Scale 1 that is a LV5 Odd-Eyes with a nice ass and a BTS effect. I think that's all it needs tbh.
Slinky
Its also a legit pendulum effect. SS it, put pendulum dragon on, destroy pendulum dragon to search a card, really really legit. on top of that, your opponent can't Castel or anything because it will negate. Its an extremely solid card.
Ryusei the Morning Star
Still tied to odd eyes and reactive on top of that. I really doubt it'll see much play. If it were lv6, that'd be a different ballgame

It's not super amazing, but it has a good level and name, and it's a scale 1 wih no restrictions. It's definitely a decent card.
Ryusei the Morning Star
Well Glow Up and that lv1 magician tuner can make Ignister off 7's which are more common place anyway. It's not a bad card, but I'm not sure how much allure you would have to go for Ignister in Magician Pendulum through this route. Could be wrong ofc, but how badly does MP need a 1 scale? Blake
Moving forward, Odd-Eyes can very easily hybridize with Ppal. Performapal Ppals exist, and both of them are good cards, it's just better to build other ways for now. And Ppal definitely appreciate a 1-scale. Nobledragon can also be used there, though less so with a limited Joker. Another thing, in regards to MAgician, is that this makes the Odd-Eyes build better because it gives you another Odd-Eyes to search. IT's true that Phoenix exists, but a 1/2 scale is far better than a 3, so it's a fine card to fill a niche. Then there's the fact that Ignister is just an insanely good card, even withotu the Karakuri-esque summoning. So far, this is all about usign it as fodder, either for a scale or a summon, but it also has a good effect. Like, let's revert to the Ppal point. LEvel 5 > Level 6 in Ppal, because it can be searched (Sky Arc) and it can be summoned under Turtle or Lizard, while also giving you a 2400 ass that has a negation effect OPT. Not even HARD opt, which means summoning this alongside other stuff protects you from Rafflesia/etc. I'm not advocating throwing it into every deck ever, or even making Odd-Eye Ppal yet, but it's a good card moving forward. It can be an unrestricted 1 Scale, a 2400 wall that doubles as BTS, OR a Material for monsters like Ignister and Vortex if you run it.Flexibility is good.
