Simping For Hina
I have a question, what have you researched with Elves and what are you trying to accomplish with the deck? I think you have just looked at lists and tried to make this one work. There is no direction to really go with this deck until you realize what you want to do. Be aggressive? Go wide? Combo win? Combo Alpha-Strike? Beat face with toolbox and good cards?
Thomas★Zero
Well the deck basis itself on swarm power were... * Llanowar and Mystic help with mana support. * Nettles is a 1 mana 2/2 which can easily be untapped when summoning another elf. * Visionary provides draw power. * Vanguard generating power for itself each time a elf is played making it into a bigger beat stick. * Champion and Archdruid both having +1/+1 to other Elfs where champion gives forestwalk and Archdruid generating a lot of mana. * Ezuri can regenerate other elfs and also at 2GGG give all elfs +3/+3 and Trample for the turn. * Collected Comapany helps swarms when it allows you to call 2 creatures that have a cost of 3 or less where its good for calling champion, Archdruid and Visionary and while Vanguards out gives it a +2/+2 from it. * Lead the Stampede helps you add a lot of elfs into your hand where with a archdruid or 2 out allows you to spam like crazy. Poc
Coco is good when you're flipping 4 or more mana worth of dudes with it. If you're only flipping 3 or less mana worth of creatures you're losing mana efficiency. Since you're deck has a lot of 1 drops CoCo feels kind of inconsistent. Most elf decks use chord for this reason and to tutor up combo pieces. If you swap to chord you could drop a couple of Ezuris and add some more toolbox cards like scooze or Rec sage. Lead the stampede could probably be swapped for sylvan messenger. It's a mana more but it's an elf creature. Also no dwynens elite? It's one of the best elf cards we've revived in a long time (rip Deathrite) and it synergiezes perfectly with your lords.
Thomas★Zero
I made edits as Poc mentioned plus added 2 Essence Warden in for a bit of life gain.
Poc
You need either chord or coco in this deck. I know I argued against cocod but these cards are pretty manditory in modern elves.

Woops noticed I took out collected company for messenger here when I meant to take out lead the stampede but I fixed that.
