If you want to make Novafinity quickly, I'd go for 1-3x Instant Fusion, 1-2x Panzer Dragon, 3x Ceratops, 3x Charge

 

Other than that, it looks very much like standard pepe. Maybe side the Dark Holes/Raigeki and put in a rabbit + Master or maybe some form of Unexpected Dai, and I have no idea how Echo Oscillation would help, since it's a trap. 

 

....You're not main decking Wavering Eyes???? That's a problem too. Wavering Eyes makes games a lot of the time tbh

It also needs 1 monkeyboard. Guitartle and Lizard can both probably go to 2.

 

If you choose to go the Draco Face-Off route, you'll definitely want Vector, who helps a lot in general anyway, but that's not a requirement. Basically, Dinomists should only be used to make Novafinity, as far as I'm concerned. Also, be careful Pot of Riches doesn't turn into a dead draw. sometimes I find 2 is even pushing it, but this seems to be a really consistent deck with the 3 guitartles + lizardraw. I haven't seen it in action so this is just my first impression.

Oh right. Well, Brachion would probably be better, since he Cyber Dragons, and the three charge is to search and make your Nova quickly. Like 3 tenki, I guess.

Maybe you should side Pendulum Reload seeing as your deck is pendulum-heavy. WHo knows, maybe run one in the main if you feel like it. I'm not an expert on performapals or dinomists really, so that's all I got for this for now.
