~British Soul~
I forgot how much of a pain Beldum is to catch. Catch Rate of 3 and only has Take Down. Salazzle is fast and hits hard. Lurantis is evil.I didn't have much of an issue against Salazzle myself (FTK'd it with Mudbray), but I agree Lurantis is evil, killed the majority of my team. Kommo-o I remember died to two Dazzling Gleams from Espeon, Gumshoos, I decided not to use Brick Break on for a challenge, and the others I can't remember how they went. Take Down is one of the most annoying attacks for a Pokemon your hunting to have. As for totems, I think the only one I had any issues with was Mimikyu and even that was more so from me not wanting Pokemon to faint.
Astro Dude
Funny story. I didn't even know about Island scan until you made a bunch of posts about it recently. But then again, I avoided this topic during my first playthrough.Just two more, I'll have a complete list in a later post, so players new to the game will know where and when to find them. I already finished the list for Melemele Island, and Midnight is around the corner for Bellsprout Friday.
D.A._Sakuyamon
I just noticed the Venipede you get through the island scan has Toxic Spikes naturally.

Astro Dude
Bellsprout are located on Route 5. All that's left is Marill. Speaking of Bellsprout, that's another good pokemon to go up against Wishiwashi.

Astro Dude
You do realize this video is fake right? Anyway, I'll let you guys in on a secret: The key to Island scanning is to scan the QR codes of shiny pokemon, already in the pokedex.
~British Soul~
^ I've been doing that myself. You do realise this video is fake right? There's no doubting the video is fake, but it's best to play along.

You DON'T need to keep posting the locations. We know when they're found, but not where, on what exact place. Also, I'm on Ula'Ula in Moon. Can you rematch Kiawe in Moon or just Sun? Flash Flyer - Sakura
Only on Sun; you get Mallow in Moon. Only thing you get out of it is the revenant battle pose (whenever you throw Poke Balls). As for British, that should be okay for now. You may want to be a little higher leveled over the E4 though. Flash Flyer - Sakura
The in-game clock is just offset 12 hours from whatever your DS is set to; should still read the regular save time when you load up.

D.A._Sakuyamon
So who else is doing the Battle of Alola? I'm about 60/40 loss to win rate with a poorly made team.
Βyakuya
Never really cared about it. Could have really just entered with Mimikyu, Bewear, and maybe Golisopod, but I just dislike only have 3 Pokes, not being able to use items, and being allowed to use a Legendary on your team. The meta gets repetitive, there's no strategy, and BS is bound to happen. But hey, these are only just my general assumptions from the looks of things.
