SushiTheLegend
Well I know as soon as you read the title of the thread you will say Sho, but I honestly think this would be quite an equal duel between "Main Character Best Friends", take Sho's Roids/Kaiser's Cyber Dragons against Jounouchi's Gambleness, and you get one hell of a duel. Discuss.
Sander
Well...I say Sho, cause he actually has better strategies...Jounouchi just relies on dumb luck... Weird, have you noticed that Jounouchi doesn't actually set Spell or Trap cards, the only ones are those dice things...
SushiTheLegend
Skull Dice and Graceful Dice amongst the various other dice cards. Even still I think it'd still be a close match regardless, but he has used other traps like what he used against Mai when he summoned Gilford. Seth
Jonouchi, he could beat Judai if he tried.
Wyhe
sho has a more solid strategy going along (machines & dragon),wherelse joey depends on luck to win (4 proof, see his duels),therefore sho must kick joey's ass outta las vegas duel arena
Lucas Maximus
Sho Marufuji has more potential, and better strategies then Jounouchi, therefore I think Sho would win.
Guest
Jou vs Yuugi is 1 win / 1 loss, with 1 draw if you count the time Malik controlled Jou. If Jou is on par with Yuugi, he can crush Sho.

Yusei Fudou
Technically, Jounouchi's deck would be improved if it was an actually developed duel in the GX anime [which is finished]. Sho would win.. he has better strategies. But there's a chance for Jounouchi to win, too. I mean.. Jinzo, that could get him some advantage. Gearfried the Swordmaster, too. Gilford, my favorite between his monsters, it's so powerful and has a great effect. Such a duel it'd be.

Guest
tell me who sho is and i say Technically, Sho is Syrus, but the two have extremely different strengths and personalities. You know how Syrus is really weak? Sho isn't like that.
Phantom Roxas
Hmm, tough. The Cyberoid Stlye is pretty good, but Gilford is even better. I'd say Syrus.
