Balloon PartyQuick-Play Spell Special Summon as many "Balloon Burst" monsters as possible from your hand, then your opponent can Special Summon an equal number of monsters from their Deck. If this card is destroyed by battle, take control of the monster that destroyed this card; It is treated as a WIND "Balloon Burst" Tuner monster with an original level of 4.
