-kyo-
Remove from play the top 2 cards of your Deck and select 1 card in your Graveyard. Add that card to your hand. yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Altar_of_Restoration are the 2 cards banished face down or face up?
SANDAA BORUTO
If Toon Kingdom serves as any example, I believe they would be banished face-down. Despite that, it's a decent recycler as it's a +0 and unlike Monster Reincarnation, it can target any card and not just monsters.
Tinkerer
If Toon Kingdom serves as any example, I believe they would be banished face-down.I was gonna say the opposite. Isn't the default for banishing face-up unless specifically stated otherwise? Well, in any case, I like how this card works though it seems too easy... I can totally see this as a high-risk card in Exodia FTK decks. Imagine using this in that deck to get back, say, Golden Bamboo Sword... And accidentally banishing an Exodia Piece. Dragulas
If Toon Kingdom serves as any example, I believe they would be banished face-downEvery card is banished face up unless stated otherwise, also kingdom banish those cards for effect, this is clearly a costNevertheless even as cost is very cheap, using your deck (banish maybe not the best way but still) to recover any card, this will nevr be dead unless you have no deck left

Toffee.
Banish Face-down the top 5 cards of your Deck. Target 1 card in your Graveyard: Add it to your hand. You cannot activate that card, and you cannot Special Summon, for the rest of the turn. There you go, Konami. Just copy+paste :^)
