Alastar Rainford
(This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card.)This card's name becomes "Elemental HERO Neos" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is in your hand and you control no monsters you can special summon this card from your hand. While his card is in your Graveyard you can target 1 "HERO" monster in your extra deck. Return this card and other materials listed from your graveyard to your deck and fusion summon the targeted monster. While this card is on the field and you control no other monsters, you can special summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" from your hand, graveyard, or deck. Any monster fusion summoned using this gains the following effect:"this card cannot be returned to the extra deck by its own effect." I wanna limit the self and Neospacian summon to either hard OPT or regular. Also make its grave effect a hard OPT. How can I fix this?
ÆƵ–
Let's see if I can't get your OCG on point... (This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card.)This card's name becomes "Elemental HERO Neos" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is in your Graveyard: you can reveal 1 "HERO" monster from your Extra Deck; shuffle Fusion Materials from your Graveyard into your Deck, including this card, and Special Summon the revealed monster (this Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). You can only use this effect of "Cosmic HERO Neos" once per turn. Once per turn, if you control no other monsters: You can Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" Monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. A Fusion Monster that was Summoned using this card as Fusion Material gains the following effect:@ This card cannot be returned to the Extra Deck by its own effects.I think that just about covers it. Anyways, this card looks amazing for Neo-Spacians. It essentially gives access to any and all of the Neos fusions, as well as keeping them on the field when Neo Space isn't. However, I'd put a cost on the Graveayrd one, since it is pretty strong since neos fusions are also pretty strong.
Alastar Rainford
Do you think it should banish instead?
ÆƵ–
Mm, I think banishing is too harsh for neospacians. Perhaps making it so that the fusion can't Attack or be unable to activate its eff the turn its summoned could work?
Alastar Rainford
If you leave this as is, would it even push NS to T2? I mean outside of NS their are HERO attribute fusions, Divine Neos, and Neos knight
dustdevil9
If you leave this as is, would it even push NS to T2? I mean outside of NS their are HERO attribute fusions, Divine Neos, and Neos knightAs it is now, it could probably do what Blaze Accelerator Reload did for Volcanics. As for the alternative fusions this card would just be a useful combo peice to make Neos fusion decks stronger; sort of like the way Fusion Conscription helped rogue Fusion decks. But the card is good but maybe prevent the fusion monster summoned by this cards effect from attacking that turn.
