Protodax
[spoiler=monsters(2)]When this card is destroyed, you can equip it to an opponent's monster. There can't be more than one "Site-13 Leech" equipped to the same monster. During each of your standby phases, while this card is equipped to an opponent's monster, you gain 400 LP and your opponent takes 400 damage. If this card is destroyed while equipped to an opponent's monster, you can add one "Site-13 Leech" from your deck to your hand. When a card is sent from the hand or field to the graveyard, you can mill three cards and discard one card (from your hand) to destroy all cards on the field except this card. [spoiler=spells(3)]Once per turn, you can target one card your opponent controls, shuffle it into the deck, then discard one card (from your hand). When this card is activated, you can declare one monster type, all monsters of that type are shuffled into the deck the second standby phase after they are summoned (if there are monsters of the declared type on the field when this card is activated, they are shuffled into the deck the standby phase after this card is activated). You must control a "Site-13" card other than this card for this effect to resolve. Discard one card, then Special-Summon one "Site-13" monster from your graveyard. You can target one "Site-13" card you control, destroy it, then banish one card your opponent controls. During your end phase, you can add one "Site-13" card from your deck to your hand. You can only activate one "Site-13 Power Plant" effect per turn, and only once that turn. [spoiler=traps(2)]Send three "Site-13" cards from your graveyard to your deck, then draw three cards. When this card is activated, switch all monsters on the field to face-up defense position. Monsters on the field can't change battle position. When your opponent summons any monster other than a "Site-13" monster, they take 400 damage. [spoiler=extra(1)]1 "Site-13" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. If this card is attacked, you can banish this card, then, during the next end phase, Special-Summon this card in face-up defense position. You can only activate this effect once per turn. If this card attacks or is attacked, you can target one card your opponent controls, shuffle it into the deck. When this card is summoned, you can add one "Site-13 Cognitohazard" from your deck to your hand. This card's effects can't be negated by Spell or Trap effects. These are based on SCP-1730. I highly recommend you read it. Tear 'em apart.
randomguyjw
Its interesting that you made cards based on "What happened to Site-13". It looks like you you destroy yourself to gain advantage, good examples being toxic waist, and Wraith, but the one thing i don't quite understand about "Site-13", is the spinning mechanic, aka, sending stuff back into the deck, i can only assume that its based off of the fact of though who enter don't leave. But its very interesting, and i would love to see more and how the current cards interact with them,
