ENMaker
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters. Your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of their 2nd turn after this card is Normal Summoned. The ATK and DEF of this card are each 100 points higher than the highest face-up monster's ATK on the field (except "The Wicked Avatar"). I've always liked this card, liked the wicked gods in general but this is by far the best, or at least it was back when I used it. Had it in an Ojama deck back in the day (how the fuck that worked I've no idea but I summoned it fairly regularly), and that hyper-Cold Wave hits hard at more or less everything. I'd have preferred if it kept the manga effect of ATK being +1 as opposed to +100 but it makes no odds to how it works. I feel like it could find some sort of niche, Monarchs aren't far off being able to throw in 3 tribute things, could probably do it now even. Works in Igknights alright because of how they are. I don't know. Discuss.
King K. Azo
I laugh because this is one of those cards that are super powerful, but fall to SuperHeavies pretty easily. Yes, I like this card, and the Cold Wave effect is great. The three tribute summon holds it back, and nowadays, a lot of monsters can bounce or spin it, so it's not as good as it used to be. I don't think it's worth the deck space outside of a fun casual deck.
Arimetal
Wasn't there a way you could get this to infinite attack? Get out 2 and hero mask them both? 2 infinite attackers right? Not that it's viable. But that Col wave esque effect is somewhat brutal.

Tinkerer
I mean, the fact that the Cold Wave effect isn't limited to this card being on the field, just Normal Summoned, makes this thing loads more useful. However, yeah, it's summoning conditions are its downfall. ...I really feel as though I contributed absolutely nothing to this. Guess I just wanted to post because I find this card really awesome and totally deserving the title of a Wicked god.

I imagine the same would hold true if this got a new name with HERO Mask or if the original name was Phantom of Chaos? xD

Not that it's viable. But that Col wave esque effect is somewhat brutal. Changing the name of a card with an effect does not remove any of the restrictions on the original name. Even though a Hero Masked Avatar is treated as "E-Hero X", its card text will still recognize itself as its original name for the purposes of hard OPT clauses and similar restrictions. This is specifically to prevent infinite loops or loopholes associated with changing a card's name (Fairy Archer).
