I'd recommend 3:2 on Instant Fusion to Norden and Malefic CED to Cyber End Dragon. Frees up a couple slots in the Extra (helpful especially if you plan to run Mages). It's not super likely to get all 3 of said card in a duel anyway.

 

Upon further looking and the recommendations posted here, you've got a bit of a choice now between focusing more on the power of the tribute summons (Monarch engine) or the variety of the Extra Deck toolbox (Mage engine). After that, it'll be easier to focus the deck.

As I said before, the Igknights also make great recurring Tribute/FotD/Synchro fodder, in case you want something alongside an Immortal- I'm pretty sure you can only have one out at a time.

In fact, I'm curious why you'd want Malefic CED, because it locks everything else out of attacking- like the Immortals you kinda want to attack with.

That said, I agree that you need to find one gimmick and stick by it: you can use the Mages' R4, the Monarchs and little ED stuff, or the Igknights like I mentioned, but it just seems cluttered like this.

The only Immortals I see as worth running are Aslla, Uru, and maybe Chacu. Ccarayhua is usually worse than Aslla (Though maybe at 1 since he clears the whole field...), and the rest are just bad and usually antisynergetic with themselves. Max Aslla, 2 Uru and maybe 1 Chacu.

Uru is pretty bad.

Tenta is pretty bad.

Raiza is pretty bad.

Angmar is pretty bad.

Caius is pretty bad.

Mobius is pretty bad.

 

Those cards will rarely want to be tribute summoned over better options, so they just sit in the hand.

 

...Dolphin/Whale is bad.

Malefics are bad since they fill up the Extra.

Terraforming isn't really needed.

Orichalcos is just weird, considering Domain is better in most cases.

Erebus and Ether should still be run, imo, even if this is Earthbound Immortals and not Monarchs. Running subpar Monarchs is not exactly a good excuse.

 

Cusilu is actually fricking hilarious since you can crash it into Erebus and make your opponent lose 4k LP at best.

I keep forgetting that you can't use the ED w/Seal on board. I had primarily been thinking of the perk that each player could only take on the opponent's monster w/ the highest ATK, forcing them to battle the Immortals.

 

In regards to Chicken Game, it works in a pinch if you need to get something on board, and adds draw power to a Deck with a bad habit of bricking for SOME consistency. For the most part, here was what I was thinking:

Igknights stall for you w/CG up until you get the Seal and an Immortal in hand.

Fill up your board, Pendulum what you need, fuse for First of the Dragons, then activate the Seal and get out your Immortal. You now have two heavy beatsticks, plus any backup you need.
