Lore: If your opponent controls a face-up Xyz Monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned from the hand: Target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; return that target to the hand.

 

Now here's a card I have mixed feelings on.

 

First off, it's a self-summonable Lv 4, so R4nk.dek can use it. The problem?

 

It bounces your opponent's Spells and Traps. AS A MANDATORY EFFECT.

 

Here's a situation I propose where this is bad:

 

Your opponent controls a Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Tiger King, and his only Spell/Trap is Fire Formation - Tenki.

 

In dire need of a Rank 4 play, you Special Summon this card through its effect, bouncing your opponent's Tenki and allowing them a free search next turn.

 

And that's just the tip of the iceberg, folks.

 

However, I have some positive things to say:

 

The artwork is actually pretty cool, and reminds me of the Gradius cards. It also has the same Type and Attribute as Top Runner, one of my favorite Tuner monsters, which I find amusing.

 

Oh, also, this thing is a doughnut.

 

Yeah.

Anywho: Never been fond of the practicality of these Xyz for a means cards; well, in terms of practicality. One of the better ones were Star Drawing. But as for this card, I don't think rogue Decks would run this, either.
