~British Soul~
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target up to 2 cards in your opponent's Graveyard; banish that target(s), then send the same number of cards from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned. Yeah, so the hype for the new Monarch deck has caused this of all things to go up in price to at least £10 and I do feel sorry for those who bought them at this price, discuss? Ryusei the Morning Star
Don't personally like it, but hitting Mages makes sense I guess
Maeriberii Haan
Won't actually get to hit mages most of the time tho
Βyakuya
I don't like it. Well, it hits Juggler, Clown and..........nothing much else I can think of that is relevant. Pretty much only effective as an Aither summon and is not as flexible as the plus enabler Kuraz.
evilfusion
It's not bad, but it just doesn't have a relevant niche. The other Monarchs seem to be geared towards eliminating your opponent's current resources, but Delg hits the Graveyard and mills the Deck, neither of which directly factor into card advantage. Toffee.
The problem is... The Graveyard was basically phased out for in favor of the Extra Deck, and only like a small handful of monsters that revolve around it are still a thing. GarlandChaos
I don't like it. Well, it hits Juggler, Clown and..........nothing much else I can think of that is relevant. Necro Gardna, Electromagnetic Turtle, etc. Not sure about the former, but the latter is definitely something to think about.
Slinky
Speedroid 3 dice or something. Whatever their necro guardna is. Can also banish Rebirth and Beigomax so they can't plus off of them with other plays, assuming you don't mill copies of what you banished, which is a huge problem with this card. Maeriberii Haan
a bigger issue is it's an actual hard minus in a deck all about maintaining advantage. Not being able to attack also huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurts a lot since Monarchs kinda really appreciate the big swings each turn to maintain their momentum. and even worse the effect is so-so against a lot of current decks and can potentially backfire. Airride
The worst monarch. I wish he had a Mega Version that got something stupid like banishing from the field instead of the grave when tributing darks. He's my favorite visually, though. Nothing particular about him, he's just...cool.
