TF2_The_Scout
Darth Vader/Wicked Witch of the West 1 Psychic-Type Tuner+1 or more non-tuner "Kozmo" monsters(This card is also treated as a Machine-Type.) Cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls in Attack Position; Make its DEF 0, and if you do, change it to Defense Position. You can banish 1 "Kozmo" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "Kozmo" monster from your Deck, then lose LP equal to its ATK. You can only use this effect of "Kozmoll Darkwitch" once per turn. Darth Vader's fighting style relies on heavily overpowering his opponent because his other abilities are restricted by his suit. He has to use most of his force abilities just to keep his suit powered, so changing your opponent's monster to defense and lowering it to 0 puts it in a weak position that way Darkwitch can easily overrun it, as well as swarm with the pilots in order to further overwhelm. General Grievous 1 Psychic Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner "Kozmo" monsterCannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. If this card is Special Summoned: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; Negate its effects this turn. If your opponent Special Summons a monster: You can target that monster; When that monster activates its effect, negate it and if you do, destroy it. You can only activate this effect of "Kozmoll Dark Stalker" once per turn. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can banish it; Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower "Kozmo" monster from your Deck. This one was kind of tricky. I intended it to be a delayed negation in order to eventually build up its targets and negate all monsters potentially. I'm not sure if it resolve its negation effect off field or if it will work the way I intend, so if someone could help with making it work the way I want, that would be great. Dova
Before I comment on these, were you intending on making a Kozmo Tuner, or using another Psychic Tuner?

Dova
Emergency Teleport brings these people out rather easily. It's a shame the float effect is not different to the other Kozmos, but I guess it does work in the context. The effects of the monsters work well, and are similar to the actual characters. Nice work on that. Overpowered? I would say no, even tho DarkWitch is summonable with Trooper. Underpowered? No, I would certainly use these in my Kozmo deck. TundraL5Z
Honestly I would make the Dark Stalker generic as there isntt much level 6 in the game as it is and this would be a nice addition for all Synchro decks. As for all of them, I like them quite a bit, if only Tincan was a tuner am I right? And with that card not being a tuner, I doubt they will make actual Synchros for them unfortunately, even with Ghost Ogre it is stretch, but would be awesome. It's an on-summon negation, then continues to negate even after being taken off the field. It then has a float effect that only Kozmo benefits from. I stand by my choice to keep it non-generic. Kozmo already do make synchro plays(Beelze and Clear Wing), so I don't think it's too much of a stretch that Konami would take advantage of this and make Kozmo synchro monsters, especially since the main deck is kind of oversaturated with monsters that rarely see play.
