Delibirb
What was Rule 4 again exactly? Website won't load for me
Rodrigo
Basically, you couldn't generate mana of colors outside your commander's color identity. So an Urborg would not let your lands tap for B if you're a monogreen player, instead you'd get generic mana, which became coloress since the introduction of the colorless mana symbol. Now this rule's gone.

bury the year
Well. On one hand, I'm sad that PoK was banned. Had just bought one for Kaseto no more than a week ago. On the other hand, the removal of rule 4 means that a) I have an excuse to run Bring to Light as a substitution, and b) I have yet another excuse to run more color fixing (namely vivid lands) to enable that! So I guess it's an overall win. Prophet was a Primeval Titan-level card that should've been given the axe a long time ago. Also, note that the removal of rule 4 means that you can't use Gilded Lotus and pals as a workaround to produce colorless mana to pay {C} costs, which was what had been previously speculated to be the case. EDIT: Dammit, got beaten to the point re: Bring to Light.
Flame Dragon
I'm happy the colorless cheat was dealt with. It just felt wrong. Also means I only need one Kozilek since Animar REALLY doesn't want colorless sources. Mulligan change is nice. I still like the "set aside your hand rule" simply because shuffling sucks. Between the free mull and the scry if you need to go to 6 you shouldn't be THAT far behind. Sad Prophet is gone, but I only have 1 UG deck so I'm not THAT affected. Curious, any good subs to put into Animar for it? Just the untap doesn't seem worth it if I have no use for the mana and giving flash isn't good since I want to cast stuff on my turn since I have ways to draw off me casting stuff. Trebuchet MS
Thankfully PoK got acted on. No longer do we have to fight over killing or snatching away Prophet on sight.
Poc
I'm happy they finally standardized the mulligan rule. Partial Paris mulls allowed you to set up really explosive and unfair starts to the game. As for prophet, I can't say I'm surprised they finally jailed her. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. NeoRWBY65
I was kind of sad on the Prophet loss, but I got no sympathy from my friends as they don't really like my Animar build anyway. In regard to the colorless rule getting removed, I'm glad it left. Using it to generate colorless mana from a source that shouldn't be able to pay a colorless cost just seemed dirty to me. I didn't even know how to mulligan in Commander until recently, so I'm not going to miss the Commander mulligan very much.
Gokai-Red
late too the party but I'm the only one who thought the new mulligan change drastically changed deck building in commander?
Flame Dragon
I've been feeling like my decks might need a couple more lands. Nothing past that though.
Sixty
never used partial paris so the mulligan rule did nothing for me
(GigaDrillBreaker)
My primary online deck is Newzuri Elves, with 27 lands, so the rule change worried me. Then I realized that it is nearly impossible to get a bad hand in elves. I don't always have something broken, but I always have something usable.
