Arkbrave Dragon

Light Dragon / Effect

LV7 2400/2000

(1) If this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can banish as many face-up Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, this card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each banished.

(2) During the Standby Phase of the next turn after this card was sent to the Graveyard, and if this card stays in the Graveyard: You can target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard, except “Arkbrave Dragon”; Special summon it.

Shame the rulers are banned :/ But hey, deck works really well with Ravine/Shrine and funk pendulums

damn this is good

Chain CotH to the activation of a scale, banish both.

Being 7 is really cool too.

The Red Eyes Gemini monster counts as a normal if you send it with Shrine right? Instant set up. Big Eye, Flare Metal, and to a degree (considering LaDD) Dracosac are all great cards.

Rank 7/8 engine bolstered by Chaos Emperor Dragon and BLS is bae

If a Dragon-Type Gemini monster is sent from the Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of Dragon Shrine, since that monster is treated as a Normal Monster in the Graveyard, the "you can send 1 more Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard" effect can be applied.

jabroni we in buisness, Redgrand Chaos is in buisness

For a moment there, I almost read this as 'Akbar Dragon'.  I need to stop watching Unexpected Jihad videos.

Anyways, this card is godly.  It's a stronger Harpie's Feather Duster if Summoned from the Graveyard or it Special Summons another 7-8 Dragon-type from the Graveyard.  It's a cool card.

Actually it's only face-up, so it's not really like Feather Duster.

Duster isn't even always run in the main anymore.

This card is honestly amazing, and might be enough of a reason to run Black Stone+Flare in "Felgrand"

Honestly believe, between Chaos Emperor, Malefics, Felgrands, and Gandora that you don't need anymore lv 8's

Basically, I think Red Eyes > Blue Eyes for the deck

This card is amazing. It looks like Dragons are rising the front against Pendulums. It's got a great mass banish removal that limits on face-up only monsters, and is very versatile due to the power of things like CotH, Soul Charge, REDMD, and the eventual Gospel Spell card. Even if it is removed from the field other than by spinning/bouncing/banishing, it can substitute into another Dragon, best for Felgrand or Red-Eyes support.

It wasn't THAT bad, you could do neat stuff with Ravine and REDMD I guess

I'd rather summon Odd-Eyes Dragon. Slightly weaker damage but at least it isn't neutered as hell if you summon it from anywhere besides hand. 2400 isn't even that impressive, anyway. If it started at like...1500 or more, then it'd at least be not as awful.

This card is good though. Spell-Shattering Arrow-like effect on Grave Summon and a delayed reborn on something when it dies. Good stuff.

Heres a thought....

If This card is any implication that the structure Deck is giving us retrains of the bosses of the old one... We could expect a retrain of Tyrant Dragon.

Maybe, but there's a small difference

Tyrant has honestly held up to powercreep hasn't it? And the deck even made Old Felgrand Dragon good, so even if we get a retrain, I'm quite certain the deck will still work with the old one quite well. Maybe the continuous spell has something to say in that regard.

That being said, a I'd welcome a retrain of that badass anytime :O

What I'm getting at is...

If you compare the main cards of Rise the Dragon Lords to Revival of the Great Divine Dragon:

Felgrand Dragon -> Felgrand, the Great Divine Dragon

Darkblaze Dragon -> Arkbrave Dragon

Tyrant Dragon -> ?????
