Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon is easier to summon, has better protection, and has a better burn effect. 1000 per draw won't do much, unless you're playing against a deck that draws a lot. Players are even willing to pay 1000 to draw, like with Chicken Game. You'd had to summon multiple O-Yamigedo to even threaten your opponent with the burn. And how would you even summon this, outside using Soul Charge on 3 Level 7 or higher DARK Fiends, or using some weird D/D deck? It's really not playable. So I agree with all points stated above. If you're going to bring FCBF into YGO, you have to properly synch it with the speed and pace of the game. Would double the burn, and remove "DARK" or "Fiend-Type" from the requirements. Would bring it down to Level 5 or higher at least. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Any card that has a 0 in its level/rank bar so far has had special summoning conditions that are otherwise different from the base summoning conditions (Ultimaya could go with different levels, Bishie goes with 2 level 8s, F0 and S0 also have different summoning conditions, etc.) But this monster pretty much should just be a Rank 7.
