This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when all cards in your hand are DARK monsters. Tribute 3 DARK monsters on your side of the field during your Main Phase to destroy all non DARK monsters on the field.

 

 

Elemental Hero Darkness Neos

Level 7

DARK Warrior-Type Effect Monster

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 4 DARK monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard or removing 4 "Neo-Spacian" monsters in your Graveyard from play. This face-up card's name is treated as "Elemental Hero Neos". When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster from your Deck or 1 "Neos" Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck (excluding "Rainbow Neos").

[/quote']Q4E without a doubt, I wouldn't go as far as a 10/10 but they are near enough. 9/10 from me, and believe me for me to even rate things is rare, I hope to see more things from you man.

That E-Hero is broken in certain deck types. And the names aren't that original ><

 

But, all in all, they're okay. Keep it up.

Considering he is quite new, at least he is coming out with decentness, even if the Darkness Neos is slightly overpowered.
